Got the quote for the windshield of my truck quick and reasonable. Monday came and about an hour before the said appt time, Ben called and said he's coming early, be there in 15 min. 15 min and they were at the house. Went to work right away. Swapped out the windshield cleaned the area in no time. Really friendly and courteous. Answered all my questions. Knows what he's doing and git it done in right away. Did an excellent job and would recommend Galaxy Auto Glass. BTW, also gave me a military discount. His buddy was also quick and paid attention to the details in cleaning up. Good job Galaxy Auto Glass.

I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a windshield replacement to use Galaxy Auto Glass. When I originally was looking for quotes on a new windshield, Galaxy Auto Glass beat everyone elses rates, were able to come out the next business day, and they had incredible reviews so I decided to have them do the work. Veronica was very helpful explaining the process and making sure I got the right windshield for my car over the phone. When they came out to replace it, Ben and Scott got right to work and were very friendly. They explained everything I needed to be aware of very well and they were done in around 45 minutes - 1 hour. They cleaned everything up so there was no mess left behind and made payment super easy. I hope to not need to replace a windshield anytime soon, but if I do, I will be calling Galaxy again for another great experience!

Veronica and her team came through and made it happen. They were professional and efficient. I was visiting from California and as I was driving on the freeway a rock hit my windshield that came from a semi truck. This happened on a Friday and I called insurance for recommendations and they sent me over to Safelite. They were booked out for a week and I needed to head back to Cali sooner. I was not about to drive with this crack because the heat expanded the crack and it started to get bigger, so I called a few places and nothing was open over the weekend. Then I stumbled upon Galaxy Auto Glass and Veronica answered. She knew the process and time frame with getting the materials and doing the replacement. They were able to come first thing in the morning to my location. Thank you Veronica and team. Definitely recommend!

I was impressed with how quickly they got to me. I reached out early in the morning and made a same day appointment for a chip repair in my windshield. I specifically let them know I would be at my workplace and that seem okay. The problem was that instead of the 30min courtesy call the technician walked in to my work and wanted them to pay for it. He didn't even ask for me so I could clarify the situation. It caused some issues/stress at my work. I should have just canceled right at that time but I really needed this done. The tech said he needed a shaded area to work in and kept trying to pressure me in to parking in an active load/unloading area.when I wouldn't do that he tried to get me to park in front of a building that was being painted.

Absolutely Recommend! I spoke with the Owner Veronica and she was so caring and understanding, really providing an experience I couldn’t forget; feeling heard and seen! I travel a lot from California to Las Vegas, Nevada and have encountered other auto glass repair companies but non to compare to Galaxy Auto Glass. My rear glass completely shattered, and I had to return to CA the following day. I inquired quotes around and Galaxy provided the Best Economical Quote others couldn’t match, they had someone come out to repair in less than 24 hours (which other companies couldn’t schedule me until days out). Amazing customer service and care, my vehicle was cleaned and the installation was like if nothing ever happened. Thank you for repairing my vehicle, definitely will be returning for services!

This auto glass company is top tier! They are quick with responding, work with your schedule and pricing is very affordable! This company definitely values there work and customer service. I had a rock chip in my windshield. I first went to another company and they half ass fixed the rock chip in my windshield. I was quoted $1,000 from safelight. I then found Galaxy Auto Glass who is affordable and does an even better job than the Safelight company! The repair didn't take long at all. Veronica and her husband are the best people to do business with, as there attitude and repair work shows they aren't just doing this business for the money. They care about the detail of the repair and it shows! God forbid, I have another incident like this one or just incidents with my windows in general BUT if I do, then I know who I'm calling, Galaxy Auto Glass.
