Even though I ended up not using Givens, I had such great customer service that I still want to leave a review. I have a cracked windshield that needs full replacement and I called all around Gainesville for quotes. Gene at Givens was so kind and understanding! He took the time to explain the cost of services and what certain things meant. Even when I mentioned that I might not be able to pay that much, he went out of his way to negotiate the price down. He also let me know that even if I decided not to use his services, he would help me find what I’m looking for. Great customer service is so rare now a days so it was refreshing talking to someone who genuinely cared about the customer experience. If I need car services in the future, I’ll definitely use Givens.

I had a good experience with Givens Auto Glass repairing a chip in my windshield. Staff were quick to respond, give me a quote, and set up an appointment after I completed a web form. Gene showed up on time, was friendly and professional, and took care of the job quickly. He also offered some helpful advice to deal with insurance. Responded very quickly, explained all the options and worked with me to find the best price. Very professional and followed through. We ended up using a different company because of insurance but would highly recommend and use them if needed.

I recently had to replace a side window and needed it in a pinch when I was away from home. Givens Auto did their best to fit me in day-off, but wasn’t able to. Of everyone I called, they were the most responsive and helpful. When I do ended up waiting a day and doing it locally, the price they quoted was much higher than Givens, and Gene happily provided me with his estimate so I was able to negotiate with them. If their customer service is anything to go by, I would absolutely turn to them for auto glass needs in Gainesville.

Customer service was great. Although they didn’t have my glass in stock, the gentleman I spoke with checked with another shop in the area to find what I needed. I would definitely consider Givens first in the future.
