I learned that I should always carry shipping tape in my car in case the windshield gets a chip to stop it from spreading. Also, he recommended I pay a very minimum fee with my insurance company to have glass insurance added to my policy. He was right, it was only $11 for six months. Just a really nice guy running the business. Great service and VERY reasonable.

These guys did fantastic work and when they ran into a problem they were able to let me keep my car there for a week free of charge because i was going out of town. (they also beat safelites price by over $500) Thank you guys so much. Will definitely be returning next time.

Seamless replacement of our side window after broken in theft. Took a couple days as the break-in was on Friday night and no appointments available on Saturday. So Monday morning it had to be. Came to our location and coordinated with our carrier for no deductible repair. Thanks guys!

The central call center representative was great to work with (and that’s saying something!!!) - work was scheduled quickly and the technician who did the glass work was friendly and fixed the issue - you could barely tell there was anything there after he was done! Great work and friendly service!

The installer broke my latch. It doesn’t shut right also, my panel is not on correctly, he came back to fix it the second time and did not fix it the first time he did not put the screws in. I have text messages saying that he would fix it, but did not. I’m trying to find the location or the owner of this company
