Did the work at my house quickly and efficiently. No anxiety and no worries....windshield replacement looks solid!!! I don't write many reviews but his service definitely warranted a solid shout out. Luis was beyond professional. I contacted the company for a quote and within 30 minutes i was contacted. Reached out on a Wednesday and had an appointment by Friday of the same week. He came to my job with no hesitation and replaced my damaged windshield in the wind and cold. The replacement took about an hour and a half. He was very informative, nice, and professional. I 100% recommended and have been telling everyone I know. If I ever experience window issues again I will definitely be using them. Most importantly I am very pleased with the work. He's professional, courteous, friendly, customer-focused driven, does what he says he'll do, patiently teaches and explains, super prompt, totally skilled in working with glass windshields. When I called Glass Leader Auto Glass, Luis was very professional with his interaction with me. He was responsive to all my questions and quoted me a price to replace my cracked windshield while I was still on the phone. He told me he will replace the glass at my house. How convenient! We communicated back and forth by text because I had to reschedule. He answered right away. In person, he introduced himself to me and wad very friendly and respectful. He told me it would take an hour and he finished on time. It is amazing he is able to replace it all by himself. The new windshield glass looks nice and all the sticker tags on it were properly placed. Luis did a great job!

Luis did a excellent job repairing my windshield. A rock chipped my windshield so I called him this morning and asked him if it needed to be replaced or repaired. He had me send him a picture and said that repairing was an option and gave a reasonable price. He arrived to fix my windshield the same afternoon, answered questions that I had and did an amazing job on the repair. I was so impressed by how much better it looked.
