They are thrives. Stay Away So I Called for a quote to replace windshield on Truck I was given a price of $680 & scheduled for next day. The next day I had to call in to ask when they were coming out. I was told they are trying to find the glass. Then a lady called me & told me since they are not able to find after market glass they are installing Factory glass which was going to cost me $980 which is $300 more for what I was quoted. So I said no I can’t do it. To my surprised I was charged $200 which is not refundable. I called the manufacturer to ask about the price of the windshield they told me it was $213 plus tax & they said the service provider was definitely ripping me off. A very unprofessional & rude owner I spoke to not willing to refund me my money back I do not recommend them at all it was a waste to my money & time. Take your money somewhere else.NegativeProfessionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

Atlanta, GA location , I was charged $952 to replace Freightliner Cascadia windshield on Sat Sept 18. They called driver 1hr later to say that they can not replace windshield until Monday Sept 20th. I asked for refund since we could not wait until Monday. They said refund issued, could not send receipt because of computer problem, was told it will be 5-7 business days to get refund. Still don't have it and cant reach anyone. Stay away from these crooks. I did dispute after 7 business days. Restocking fee for windshield you could not get on Saturday ? You told my driver you can not get windshield from warehouse, or the one that "you had" when I called you, was in bad shape, I have recorded conversations with you guys. So restacking fee makes no sense at all. I was told other the phone it will cost $825 all in and I was charged $952. People stay away. Reported to NTTSbreakdown.com as well.NegativeProfessionalism

I was told my appointment was 1-2 pm. No problem I arranged to be home at this time just for this obviously. Around 2:30 I contact the same person who reached out to me to ask what time someone would be coming. Not only was I told an additional hour and 30 mins but this guy has the WORST customer service ever! Ask em does the time work for you yes or no cause we are running behind! Like he didn’t care about me setting aside time to get this done at the set times. But he was so rude about being late! He didn’t have any customer service skills at all! Told me he was the owner and there was no one else I could talk to! I don’t recommend this company to anybody! However I did find a place that does the same thing and charge half the price! I’m so glad he was late and I got to save my money! Stupid customer service!

Update: From their reply, you see how rude they are the customers. I was offered only a partial refund and they were still trying to charge me for the glass even though it was never installed. If calling multiple times to get a resolution after being ignored for days is “harassment,” so be it. This is a SCAM company with multiple complaints to the BBB. DO NOT USE! THE GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE TRUE! I called to schedule a replacement for the glass on my Jeep. I was told I would see a temporary hold on my card and the rest will be charged after the service is complete. After giving them my card information, I received a confirmation receipt that they charged me the full amount. I was also told they would come between 2 and 5 PM. They never showed up, and I called repeatedly, emailed, and texted the number on file to no response. I finally got a hold of them the next day in which they responded that their phones were down, but they never reached back out. I asked for a full refund in which they rudely replied via email that I “don’t deserve” a full refund and they were only going to give me a partial refund and still charge me for the glass, even though they never installed it. I have been going back-and-forth with them, my bank and insurance for three days to get my money back. They charged me over $400. I ended up going with another provider, Glass America, who only charged me $200. This has been such a stressful experience, especially after getting my car broke into, all my belongings stolen, and when they didn’t show up it rained and now I have further damage to my vehicle. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and looking to take legal action. They are simply a bad business. I repeat DO NOT work with them.

Was recommended this service through Progressive Insurance. DO NOT use them. The amount they charged my credit card and the amount they charged Progressive came out as a $54 difference. It's been a month and they still have not refunded me my money. This is a scam of a business. Edit 10/31: The part ordered from OEM was good faith of the business because the trim was broken during window replacement. Unless I called about it while the worker was still there, my car would still have blue tape on it as a "repair" on the trim. Also, for my refund, I was told that it would be deposited the same way it was charged, which was on my credit card. It has been 1.5 months and I still have not received my refund after several emails, phone calls, and texts to "accounting". As a family company I expect better. Future customers do what you will with this information and their response.

Note: WARNING ! DO NOT ZELLE these folk. We used CC and clawed back the money by calling our CC company! Had to replace the RV windshield (single window) glass due to crack. Eric (the rep) ordered the RV windshield, and it was delivered fine. Eric's team shows up, 2 people, no ladder. Ask to borrow mine. I oblige. In 30 minutes or so, another 2 people show up to help. They pull the window and place the broken window into shipping crate after they install the new glass. They tape the new glass corners top and bottom. They rest the old glass inside the shipping crate and cardboard leftovers. The instruct me not to move RV for 48 hours. They leave - and don't take the old glass. I call and text Eric for a month (or more?). He never calls back, ghosts me. I end up paying others to dispose of the old glass (and crate and box). After 48 hrs it rains. The water washes inside the windshield, and fills my defrost vents and the top of my dashboard with water. I climb a ladder, and none of the top of windshield is sealed and the gasket isn't installed flush. I inspect closely the rest of the gasket and the lower corners have popped out 1-inch from the glass. Have to find somebody else to do the job again. Edit: Having found and consulted with an RV glass specialist, it is determined that Eric's crew does not have the expertise to install RV glass. The gasket was improperly prepared for seating, and not sealed with any adhesive. An RV is already challenging to do for fitment reasons and the large opening single glass alignment challenges. Add in a crew without a basic thing like a ladder, and you get an idea of the poor work about to be done. Call an RV service center and get a referral. Don't use this company for RV glass. Keep in mind trucks with single glass windshields may have similar issues. Edit: Well, it happened. The windshield fell right out. Turns out these clowns didn't use the right kind of adhesive, didn't apply it all the way round the windshield, and sure as heck didn't set the outside gasket! I've posted new pics. Called them, and after struggling to get a number that worked (probably they can't pay their bill), Eric's wife got on the phone. She's a real piece of work - all of a sudden accusing harassment and threatening to call the cops. Wanna watch as I claw back my $5,000??NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
