Do not go to glasshopper. The employees there have a temper and are extremely passive aggressive. First off The older installer lost my second key in the driveway and claimed no key was on the key chain but I found it next to my car when he brought it back. Second and Most importantly they cannot get my windshield weather stripping to stay on. This is the 4th time my weather stripping has come off of the windshield In 6 months since I had my wind shield repaired. I'm going to be forced to go to another glass company because it is blatantly obvious they are not capable. They didn't even have the courtesy to remove the sticker off of the new weather stripping. Third and finally their management team is extremely unorganized on the 3rd time I needed my weather stripping replaced because they failed to adhere it to the mounts I called and spoke with someone who would schedule me and call me back when they got the weather stripping in. They never ordered it nor did they call me back, I had to call them request to speak to manager.ServicesInstallation, Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

I used Glasshopper recently to replace two of my windshields. The first car has an air leak which let's cold air (and loud noise) in. I called them and complained and the guy showed up the next day with a caulking gun to 'fix it' - his solution did nothing and I still have the air leak after spending hundreds of dollars on the windshield and dealership calibration. My second car was fine... for 3 weeks. Yesterday a HUGE crack appeared across the entire glass. There were no rock chips - just a huge crack. We called a DIFFERENT company and they immediately came out to fix it. When the guy took the old one off he noticed that Glasshopper failed to RECONNECT our defroster! What a joke. So unprofessional. There are plenty of shops to choose from out there, don't waste your time or money with this one.NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield repair

I believe as a company tu have to go above and beyond for your customers I run my own business and this is my philosophy and in my most recent experience at this place it didn’t happened, you have to prepare for the unexpected and you have to double check your orders and make sure they are right if you customers is choosing you over a number of other places is for a reason you have to respect their time not only that customer is losing time and money but you as a company as well because you don’t know how much business this new single customer will bring to your establishment specially being a new location. Customer service was good specially the manager it was some safety issues that she explained to me but still you as a company need to be prepared for the unexpected and I believe she did not have enough support from a higher level on these types os situations my rating is not for the employees of this location is for the company for the lacking of support to their employees and to waste people’s time and money.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had my windshield and wipers replaced last year. The wipers were the wrong size but it wasn’t worth bothering with getting them changed by the time I realized that they didn’t fit. Then I got a rock chip earlier this year, and recently called to check if my windshield was still under warranty so I could get it repaired. Whoever I spoke to on the phone told me it was under warranty for two years. I stopped in today to get it repaired and they informed me it’s no longer under warranty because the warranty is only one year and that the repair would be $42 with tax. The misinformation is very frustrating.NegativeValueServicesWiper blade installation, Auto windshield replacement

We called these guys out to replace my windshield in my truck. The 1st tech came out on time and installed a windshield only to find out that it had a big scratch right in the driver's view. He told us that they could discount that windshield and that it might buff out. You could feel the scratch with your fingernail. They had to come back the next week to be able to put in another one. He also left a big razor knife sitting in the crease between he seats with the blade exposed, creating a huge safety hazard for me, my wife and my 3 children. All of which could have easily hopped up into my truck and had their legs sliced open. The 2nd tech, called my wife and told her that the windshield he grabbed that morning also had a scratch in it and that they'd have to reschedule. My wife said nope, that we needed it done that day. He went back to the shop and got another windshield. When he arrived, late by the way, I was home. I walked out to talk to him as he was opening the doors to his van. His glue gun had fallen and shattered the glass. This was a Monday evening. He said that he could swing by with a new one after work during the week. He never called or swung by. Sat came and my wife received a phone call from them saying that they were heading out to our house. We weren't home and told them that it was never scheduled. After talking to multiple people, and getting lied to saying that they called and talked to my wife and had it scheduled for that sat. Nobody talked to me or my wife about them coming out at all on Saturday. I spoke to the manager that following Monday. He didn't seem like it was a big deal that they kept saying that they talked to us when they didn't or that the 2nd tech never followed through. I get that stuff happens. The scratch, ok, the shattered windshield, ok, but the razor blade is not ok. He even asked if I thought it was that big of a deal. They've been nothing but a huge pain in my ass to work with and I can guarantee that we will never use them again. Even tonight as I talked to the receptionist, she said that the manager said that I would accept the scratched windshield at a discounted price. I never said that. I'm not paying for inferior products for my truck. Do yourself a favor and go with somebody else.

Place stated that they can waive the deductible... which they have done in the past. They also call before showing up, which they used to do. They did not call. Showed up at the door, and when he was done he requested the $100.00. I let him know that I was told that they can wave the deductible, they driver agreed and stated that they usually do and asked me to sign and left. I got a call from Kay and she stated that they can't do that and I needed to pay $50.00. If I knew I had to pay, I could of use a different company and get my car fixed last week, not having to wait almost a week to get it done. Horrible service...
