I had a footlong crack in my windshield. I schedule an appointment and he came out the very next day to my workplace and repaired the crack in the parking lot. It was July, quite possibly the hottest day of the year. I have a long commute and my windshield is 10 years old and full of dense and tiny cracks. I opted for the resurfacing which just made it completely waterproof and I barely have to use my windshield wipers. It's now December and I'm really glad I paid for the surfacing. I was warned that I could still see the crack from the inside but from the outside it's completely invisible. better reap, the entire state of my windshield is better and the crack is not grown in the 6 months since I've had it repaired.
