If I could give them NO stars I would !! They’re costumer services is TRASH !! They didn’t give me what they promised !! They didn’t place my windshield correct and besides the fact they chipped the paint in my car and didn’t finish the job and now they don’t want too answer !! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Everyone needs to know to NOT come too them !!!

I needed a super last minute window replacement while ibwas holding onto my mother's car while she was out of state and one of the passenger windows was busted out. We found HV Auto Glass, called them, and they were able to find a window, come out, and replace the window, all within 24hours (more like 16hrs). They were VERY nice and gave a price that was hundreds of dollars cheaper than a big name window replacement company. I will ALWAYS go though this shop now and recommend them to anyone who is needing something done!

The pricing was very reasonable, and the best part was the incredible efficiency—I called at 9:00 AM, and by 11:30 AM the same day, the back glass on my Mercedes GLS 450 was expertly installed. . My experience with HV Autoglass has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment to replace my back window, they failed to show up and only contacted me afterward to reschedule. I reluctantly gave them another chance, but they arrived 45 minutes late. The situation worsened when they attempted to remove the window, using needle nose pliers and causing scratches and damage to my truck. To make matters worse, they brought the incorrect window and claimed it was my fault for not having a 2018 model, despite my clear knowledge of my vehicle's registration. They proceeded to glue the wrong window in place, which now poses a risk of leaking during rain, potentially leading to further damage to my vehicle.

They did an amazing job they came to my house to replace windshields for my car and my husbands truck. They were really fast only took them 20 minutes to replace the windshield. They are super affordable as well prices were great i spent under $500 for 2 windshields. I would recommend them to family and friends for sure they are great!
