These guys are great! Caught a rock on the highway that cracked my 4Runners windshield beyond repair yesterday afternoon. These guys were able to get me right in the next morning, make a run for my specific glass on the spot and get it quickly replaced while my dog and I waited. The entire staff was very nice and friendly (even offered us doughnuts/coffee which they had brought in for the employees). I was also very impressed with their pricing; which came in significantly under the big chain glass shops. I will definitely be back next time I am in need of auto glass and will certainly recommend them to friends and family. Cheers!

Friendly guy, excellent service,great respond time,great price. I live in Thornton,and they came out right away to fix my daughter's windshield that someone broke at her High School on Friday afternoon. This happened right before the big freeze over the weekend. They showed up to my house,and it only took about 20 minutes to fix. Thank you Patricia and I believe Javier. My apology if his name is not correct.

Overall very positive experience. Great price, guys servicing the vehicle were polite, glass appears to be good quality, and I like the live human being when I call— rather than robot/AI. But set your expectations: Glass is XYG brand, which is very clear, good fit, and affordable. If you don’t expect OEM glass perfection, you won’t be disappointed. When I called Saturday at 12:50 PM, I was told the team would arrive Monday 9 AM - 10 AM. I prepared my calendar at that time. To be fair, I also told them I was flexible. When they didn’t arrive by 10 AM I called and was told they would arrive sometime later morning. I replied: no big deal. I did receive a call prior to the team’s arrival at 12:15pm, which was helpful. When they finished at 12:45, I was in a work call and could not step away for another 15 minutes. Meanwhile, I started receiving texts and phone calls, indicating payment had not gone through. They wanted prompt response so their techs could move on to another job. Techs had limited english, so that complicated matters. When I reviewed, I found there was a typo in their communication to me to pay through Zelle (702 instead of 720). I will gladly accept these for the sake of a good quality glass and the savings. I noticed one piece of trim is not tucked down (photo); If it pops back up, I may request they glue it back down and update this review. (That would be an opportunity for them to demonstrate additional customer service) Summary: good experience. Recommended. Just set your expectations according to what you are paying. Customer side of things is not as streamlined as a bigger business.

. My experience with HV Autoglass has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment to replace my back window, they failed to show up and only contacted me afterward to reschedule. I reluctantly gave them another chance, but they arrived 45 minutes late. The situation worsened when they attempted to remove the window, using needle nose pliers and causing scratches and damage to my truck. To make matters worse, they brought the incorrect window and claimed it was my fault for not having a 2018 model, despite my clear knowledge of my vehicle's registration. They proceeded to glue the wrong window in place, which now poses a risk of leaking during rain, potentially leading to further damage to my vehicle.

I’m thrilled to share my experience with this outstanding service! The pricing was very reasonable, and the best part was the incredible efficiency—I called at 9:00 AM, and by 11:30 AM the same day, the back glass on my Mercedes GLS 450 was expertly installed. The team was highly professional, meticulous, and a pleasure to communicate with. Highly recommend!
