Halls Auto Glass replaced a windshield for one of our company trucks. After installation, we noticed a small leak in the top corner of the windshield after a heavy rain. We reached out to Halls Auto Glass about the issue to get on their schedule and to let them know of the leak. We left a message as it was late Saturday evening. To our surprise, they called us right back. Irving drove out first thing Sunday morning in the rain and fixed the windshield in under 15 minutes at our shop. Explained that one of the pins simply slid down and compromised the seal during the original installation. True professionals that stand by their work. Will use them for all of our needs moving forward, and recommend them highly.
