Hank's Auto Glass Inc

Had my windshield replaced and when I went to pick it up, the front seal was bubbled open, and when I showed it to the employees, they tried to make excuses why it was like that. They had to contact the owner, and the owner told them to replace the part. I'm still waiting to hear back when they get the part. ****Update to almost going on over 1yr after I had my windshield replaced by Hank's Auto Glass.**** Still have not gotten contacted for my replacement parts that the employees claimed they "called the owner, and the owner said they'd order the parts and fix the damage to my car. My windshield now gets moisture on the inside of the windshield (and frost inside the windshield during the winter) ONLY around the part where they didn't seal it correctly, and now periodically I have to have my car detailed etc due to mold growing on inside of car due to the moisture entering my car from the faulty windshield they refuse to own up to on their poorly done job. If you don't want your car ruined, I suggest going to a different business. I never thought that a company like Hank's Auto Glass would be such crooks and have no qualms damaging people's cars and then lying about correcting their poor quality of services they did.

Well-priced and they do an excellent job. I had my windshield replaced about a month ago. They gave me a great price to come to where I work and fix it. There was a chance of rain so they asked if they could come get it and take it to the shop. From the time they picked it up until the time they returned it, it was less than 30 minutes that passed. They were very friendly and I have had no problems with my new windshield. Best place around.

This place really will go out of their way to make sure you get the correct pieces you need to fix your windshied. They did a super job on getting me in and out quickly. They really have very nice office staff and the shop staff was great and very well qualified to replace my windshield. Hank and Joey and all other staff will get the job you need done.

After Tuscaloosa Toyota recommended Hank's, I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that I had called and cancelled it the day before. I told the office manager that I had not called or cancelled my appointment and was again told that someone had and that I did not have an appointment. No apology, no offer to reschedule, just back to business. After wasting the morning and a 40 mile round trip, I will never use Hank's again and I now have a good idea why they are not BBB certified.

After getting my Freightliner Cascadia windshield cracked by road debris in the middle of the night on I-20 near Tuscaloosa I panicked. I called Hanks Auto Glass first thing the next morning and they had the glass in stock and took care of me within minutes of my arrival. I pulled the truck around to their shop and their skilled technicians jumped right to work. I was truly impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. I definitely recommend Hanks Auto Glass to anyone who needs their glass repaired or replaced.

Busted side glass from a lawnmower. Called Hank's and they had to order the glass but they were able to have it the next morning. Dropped it off and within an hour it was finished. The glass was perfect and work was perfect also. The cost was a lot less than expected! Very pleased about that. Everyone there was nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone. K
