Unbelievable outstanding service for the past month or so my font passenger window wouldn't go up I was having something to eat nextdoor I thought what the heck I will try to see if they could fix this right away thinking not a chance in hell they would stop what they're doing to help me , but to my surprise the owner actually stopped what he was doing and got my window up this to me is quite surprising nowadays no one does this so thank you and you have a customer for life highly recommend this glass auto repair shop for all your needs and also special thanks to his wife also excellent service 😁

Astounded by their kindness and service. They even answered our call on a Sunday off hours to help us with our rental car getting a cracked windshield. We are from Ohio and even though we are not local they really got us taken care of in a pinch when we had to return the car within a few hours. The price was beyond reasonable. I'm surprised even on my third windshield how quick and efficient these people are. On top of that, since I'm a *cash customer, the prices are always half what I expect to pay. They don't do any "10 Free Dinners" gimmicks, they wouldn't bilk my insurance company if I was covered, and honestly I like dealing with kind and courteous local business owners. The work is completed on time, every time. I am a windshield rock magnet and need a good business like HARMON. *my vehicles have commercial insurance and glass isn't covered.

I was recommended this place by a coworker of mine she loved them so figured I’d give them a try. Went in to get my front window of my vehicle replaced had an appointment at 8am and by 9am they were done. Sat in the lobby they have really comfortable couches , free coffee , Free wifi as well as cable TV in the lobby to watch if you’d like. The people that helped me offered great customer service. 10 out 10 would recommend. My entire experience with Harmon Auto Glass, from the initial weekend email request to the finished product, was a great experience. Both Steve and Meghan are personable, professional, service oriented owners. Steve installed a front windshield on my early model Toyota Camry and the results were professional and of high quality. Meghan made the paperwork part of the installation a breeze. I highly recommend Harmon Auto Glass to anyone needing an auto glass repair. Steve and Meghan are the heart of this company which is why you see all the 5 star ratings. They also performed the same excellent installation on my daughter’s Subaru Forester. Windshield replacement- Lowest quote in town and the price paid was the same as the quote, not quote plus taxes and fees. In this day of fees and additional costs for everything under the sun I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. Appointment to replacement was thurs and tues. Job was performed by a guy with 30 years of experience also. If you call Safelite you're making a mistake, support local when they are offering the most for the least. I did forget to ask for a veterans discount so I cannot speak to that.
