In this day of fees and additional costs for everything under the sun I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. Appointment to replacement was thurs and tues. Job was performed by a guy with 30 years of experience also. If you call Safelite you're making a mistake, support local when they are offering the most for the least. I did forget to ask for a veterans discount so I cannot speak to that. Astounded by their kindness and service. They even answered our call on a Sunday off hours to help us with our rental car getting a cracked windshield. We are from Ohio and even though we are not local they really got us taken care of in a pinch when we had to return the car within a few hours. The price was beyond reasonable. Meghan & Steve are all about customer service. Stopped in after our rear view mirror suddenly fell off in our 16-year old truck. Dangerous! They fit me in immediately and 10 minutes later I was on my way. I was dreading getting it fixed (could it be fixed??) and they made the whole experience as easy as possible. Plus Meghan has an amazing garden of plants (& knowledge) in the waiting room that makes the brief wait even more enjoyable.

I was on vacation from Maryland when I picked up a chip in my windshield just outside Flagstaff. Brought my vehicle to Harmons on a Monday morning and within 20 minutes it was sorted. Simply put, this was the one of the most friendly, professional and courteous businesses I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. If I was a local, they would be my go to for auto glass repair or replacement. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Unbelievable outstanding service for the past month or so my font passenger window wouldn't go up I was having something to eat nextdoor I thought what the heck I will try to see if they could fix this right away thinking not a chance in hell they would stop what they're doing to help me , but to my surprise the owner actually stopped what he was doing and got my window up this to me is quite surprising nowadays no one does this so thank you and you have a customer for life highly recommend this glass auto repair shop for all your needs and also special thanks to his wife also excellent service 😁
