Right passenger window in 2007 4 cylinder Tacoma was broken into. They replaced it. Great job. No special instructions that you sometimes get with window replacement (most likely cuz of my location). They can replace in one day if you call before a certain time. I didn't do that because I was still calling around for pricing. But theirs were the cheapest in the area and on Google maps app, they allowed me to text them or something where I didn't have to talk to them which was great because I hate people and hate calling for pricing. Feel like I'm wasting their time. But many places don't post pricings. Anyways, on the day of the change, the next day, they called to remind me, they called to tell me hours before I would come out that they are behind and to come in 2 hours after my time so I don't have to wait. I loved that courtesy call a lot.

I've been a long time customer for almost 20 years since Sam personally operated the business. Now it's run by younger staff. I've used and referred all my family and friends over the years as well. Always excellent service until today. Today's windshield replacement service was sloppy in every way. A two hour wait turned into a 3.5 hour wait. My car was filthy with glass shards, cardboard pieces, fluid, rubber pieces, and debris all over my dash, console, and front seats when presented to me. There is black staining sealant on the edge of my bright headliner. Electronic pieces along windshield were not put back into place. The windshield is covered in smudges, handprints, and ghost sticker marks. In all my years I've never known glass work technicians to not wipe and clean the glass itself after installation. It even looks like they installed it upside down with stickers and had to fix it. You can see the sticker shadows. My car wash club sticker was not put back at all and is missing. And the most trifling thing is somebody went through my change and took all my quarters like a cliché bum. This never would have been tolerated if Sam was there. The price was good but it may not be worth the sloppiness. Hopefully this was a one time thing.

We rented ford fusion 2015 at IAH airport. Somebody broke rental car glass on Westheimer Road near galleria. I did not take the rental insurance and had to fix it to avoid claim process. I searched online and called few places, nobody could give me same day appointment. Finally Sam (store owner) was able to give me same day appointment and was able to fix at very reasonable cost (especially when compared to rental claim prices). The technicians were polite and fixed it in couple of hours. Really Great work! Sam explained how I can report this claim to my credit card company to get reimbursed. I never left so relieved after visiting a store. He saved my vacation trip. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

The best experience I ever had at an auto shop. I felt like Sam and Rick really cared about me! I needed permanent roof rails installed on my suv, so I tried shopping locally first. I first stopped by Brazoria county truck outfitters and they charged more than a dealership, ($700, which included 4 hours of labor $95 hourly). Really? 4 hour to install roof rails? Then I called Hurricane Auto, and spoke to Rick who was so friendly. He wouldn't give me a quote over the phone but when I told him about my first shop, he couldn't believe how much they were trying to charge me. When I came in, I spoke to Sam who was also very friendly. They charged me only $300 for everything!!!! I know they say you get what you pay for, but in this case I got so much more PLUS Great customer service. I only wished they did other things like rims and tires! I certainly will be coming back! I bought a brand new Chevy truck and first thing that came to mind was to install an Remote Start Alarm and Steps the guys at the dealership recommend me to Hurricane Auto on 45 . I went there and this guy named Sam was really helpful and gave me a great price. I called around to a few places and checked online to get prices to insure I was going to get the best deal. The price Sam gave me was awesome!!! $150 cheaper than the places I got prices from and $75 cheaper than the online prices that offered free installation. After purchase he set me up for installation the next day at 2 pm I got there around 2:15 and he was waiting on me. The installation took about three and half hours, but I didn't mind because they have a nice and clean waiting area. Once the installation was complete He showed me how the remote start works and gave me information about it. They did a great job everything came out just the way I imagined and the steps look great on my new truck!! I love this place!!! Very good customer service.
