INSPIRE AUTO GLASS & MIRRORS

My car window was smashed in on Christmas Eve and I called all the highest rated auto glass repair shops as well as Safelite. They were all charging upwards of $370 plus a down payment of $250 which I was paying out of pocket. So, rather than drive all the way to the Stadium or Hunts Point in freezing cold weather, to save money, I tried calling Inspire. Sergio gave me the best deal and offered to come out to my location same day, it was difficult getting the right glass because my car is new but he offered great customer service and got the job done and charged me only $200! I'm surprised he doesn't have more great ratings and reviews. I highly recommend his work. Its bad enough your a victim of a break in but then to get robbed again doing repairs is too much! Sergio is an honest and experienced guy, he worked for 4stars for 15 years before starting his own business and he guarantees his work for life. I'm glad I found this place.

So Serio and his repair partner were amazing. I would definitely use them again and I would refer them to everyone. Sergio fixed my rear window quickly and efficiently. He had a great demeanor even though he was having a delayed day and he was very reasonable on his price. Also he will travel all over to you to do the job. 110% SATISFIED. I called because I needed one of my windows replaced and they were kind enough to fit me in the same day which most places do not do without an appointment, and the technician wanted to make sure I had it repaired before the snow storm that was coming the next day. Great customer service, great communication and best of all service was quick and clean. Highly recommend these guys! I hope to never need them again lol , but if I do, I know exactly who to call. They are the best!!!!

Inspire Auto Glass is the BEST! They came to me on my hectic day at work, they initially had the wrong glass but as soon as they came and gave me a the run down it was smooth sailing! They were extremely transparent and fair about pricing, I had contacted multiple shops prior to getting in touch with them and was being told prices upwards of $1,500. For a Mazda!! So yes, if you need any glass repair, CONTACT THEM!! They are the best. I don’t even know where to start. When I say this company is hands down the best mirror repair/window repair company ever. That’s truly an understatement. They asked me what was wrong with my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe and all I said was “broken mirror” and they said “send me a picture”. Within 45 minutes, someone was at my residence with a brand new original mirror (right out the box). Ready to install it. Installation was quick and it all was at a great price. Crew was respectful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. Will always go back to them and recommend them to anyone. Don’t hesitate to contact them for any questions or advice.

I had my passenger window broken in May. I looked on the internet but many say closed because of COVID19. I called Inspire Auto @ 9:00am and the phone rang out. Just as I hang up my phone it rang. I spoke to Sergio and he said he can do it , but it would take about 1 hr to get the glass and the fee was $155.00 but would drop the $20.00 fee for coming to my workplace to do it. He came and finish installing it in about 20 mins. cleaned the door and the car of the broken glass, . I highly recommend this workshop.and i will use it .in the future.
