COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! COMPARED TO AT LEAST 3 OTHER PLACES, THE PRICE HERE WAS ACTUALLY A NICE BARGAIN! GOT MY 5 WINDOWS ON MY CHRYSLER 300 DONE FOR $275 CASH. EVEN STILL COMES WITH A FULL WARRANTY JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER GUYS THAT ARE NORTH OF $350 FOR THE SAME SERVICE! OH, & BETTER YET, I CALLED IN THE A.M. ON A SATURDAY AND THEY STILL WERE WILLING/ABLE TO GET ME DONE THE SAME DAY! DROPPED IT OFF, RAN SEVERAL ERRANDS AROUND JOLIET, AND GOT A CALL A COUPLE FEW HOURS LATER SHE WAS READY TO ROLL! Excellent service knowledgeable, staff, professional installers. 10 years ago on my Pontiac Grand Prix rear window was broken set up an appointment with them same day they not only repaired and replaced rear windscreen. They cleaned up all the glass perfectly zero issues. No leaks over 100,000 miles later car was originally tinted 5% from a previous company Joliet auto glass, removed the tent and installed 35% replacement tent for a very fair price. Window tint still looks brand new to this day 10 years later. I wouldn’t trust just anybody with my vehicles so when I had my E39 BMW M5 original window tint, removed and replaced with a 35% I knew who to trust to get the quality job done. Unbelievable price and the professional installer took the time to very carefully look after my vehicle and did it exquisitely as to care for the quality, interior trims and upholstery. Formal Complaint Regarding Unethical Practices at Illinois Auto Glass in Joliet I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a troubling experience I recently had at Illinois Auto Glass in Joliet. I brought my car in to have my windshield replaced and was initially quoted $260. However, after they removed the windshield, I was informed that the price had increased by an additional $40 to address rust removal. Due to this unexpected price change, I decided to take my car elsewhere. At that point, the staff attempted to pressure me into paying $200 in cash—despite the fact that they accept credit card payments—just for removing the glass. They had previously stated they could reinstall my old windshield, but when I requested this, they refused to provide a receipt, claiming it was against the law to reinstall a windshield if rust was present. I found this contradictory — if it was illegal to reinstall the windshield, they should not have offered to do so, and refusing to provide a receipt for a cash payment raised serious concerns. When I questioned this, they said it would be a "verbal agreement" because they did not want to assume liability. Ultimately, I had to contact the police to obtain a receipt for the cash payment. It was only after the officers arrived and activated their body cameras that the business provided me with a proper receipt. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, transparency, and ethical conduct I experienced. I feel it is important to bring this to your attention and to warn others about these practices. I hope this matter is taken seriously, and I urge the company to address these issues promptly. ---

I called at least 10 places in my area for estimates and dates. They either were way too expensive, the person on phone said they wd call back but didn't, kept putting me on hold, weren't at all personable. From the minute I called, I knew this was where I wanted to go. I did find 1 other place with a similar quote about 5 miles from me....however it was the sweet girl that gave me her time on the phone that inspired me to drive over an hour to this place. She was helpful and so kind. I've been having bad days due to illness which will result in a surgery soon. I was having a horrible day when I called. It was this person that got me out of my mood with her customer service. It is rare nowadays to have businesses treat folks like family...but she did. Just talking to her made my day better. That's worth millions! Today I was late due to nausea that was bad. They accommodated me and did a fantastic job. These are the reasons a business succeeds. It's that little bit of kindness that goes a long way. My truck looks new. At the shop everyone was great. Much as gracias!!!Highly recommend.ServicesAuto windshield repair

Great Experience... definitely recommend to other business owners with multiple vehicles in their fleet. Ever heard the saying " you get what you pay for"? Well I am here to say that with this family owned business that is not the case. Great craftsmanship at reasonable prices. The price you are given includes the Taxes, and most importantly no hidden fees creeping up on your bill. Illinois Auto Glass has been servicing our fleet of 20 plus Tractor Trailers for over a year. These Gents have kept our trucks on the road, even at last minute fixes on a Friday afternoon, They get it done... If I could give them a 100 negative stars I would. From the moment I arrived, I noticed a lack of professionalism, which set a negative tone for the entire experience. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. To make matters worse, I found the pricing to be excessively high, far beyond what I would expect for the services rendered. I felt that I was taken advantage of, which raises serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of the business. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering Illinois Auto Glass for their needs. The combination of unprofessional behavior and inflated pricing reflects poorly on the company, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
