He got here on time, quickly assessed the damage to the windshield and then got to work, removing the old one and installing the new one.. The process went very smooth. We had a tough time finding someone on a Sunday that could replace a windshield the next day because we were about to travel back home. The only places we could get in touch with either asked for wildly high prices or did not seem professional or trustworthy. These folks gave us exactly the right stuff for the right price and the same quality as the big companies like Safelite for half the price. Not only that, they came to us and had it replaced in less time than they initially quoted and we paid exactly the number to the penny that we were initially quoted when we set the appointment. Sebastian and the folks here are fantastic! They really saved the day! If you want honest, friendly, timely service then look no further.

My husband and I have had a cracked windshield for a few months because we haven’t had the time to take it anywhere to get replaced. Instance Auto glass is a first class operation! From the initial request to the completion of our new windshield could not have been any easier. After being struck by a very large object, our first thought was to call Safe Lite. It was not a good experience, they couldn’t give us a cost unless we book an appointment. Telling us that Audi’s are complicated, difficult to do the calibration, etc. Not for Instance Auto! Ralph had us competed the next morning , way under my deductible so I didn’t have to place a claim on my insurance. Definitely made a great decision to go with Frank. 5 star plus!! Thank you

My rear window exploded yesterday morning out of nowhere. I called and spoke with Frankie and told him I needed a window asap. He told me he need to see if he could get the window first. He called back and told me he he was able to get one. Next he was going to see if he could get someone to me by the end of the day or by next morning. He called back within the hour and told me someone would be out by end of day. I was so grateful for this. Was so happy to hear this and he quoted me much less then every else. I had a very good experience with Instant Auto Glass. Initially, I did have a problem with my glass but the owner, Frank, was quick to take care of the issue and replaced the window several days later. Working with Instant Auto Glass was quick and hassle free. They came right to where I was and did the job right on site where I'm staying. Frank is an excellent owner that cares about his customers as well as his company. I highly recommend using these guys over Safelite or another big name company. Initially, I called Safelite, but because of their phone system, you actually cant talk to a real person! They want to you use an app, or submit forms online. I tried for 20 minutes different options on the phone system to try to get through to Safelite but was unable to do so. That's when i called Instant Auto Glass, and they answered immediately. I felt like I was in good hands with the entire process. Thank you Frank and team.
