I called these guys on Wednesday and by Friday morning I had a new window regulator put in. They were very professional and polite. Super fast and efficient. I had an excellent experience with this company especially the owner JJ They talked to me asking if I had any questions or concerns- like I wanted to keep if possible several stickers that were on the windshield He then showed me under the hood what items were to be removed prior to removing and installing the windshield He noticed and brought to my attention a few items that were not properly installed and a missing a clip Bottom line the installation was complete in a reasonable amount of time , windshield was super clear and those items he brought to my attention were taken care of including blowing out all the leaves and debris that had accumulated under the moulding under the hood - no extra charge for a complete job well done! I can't say enough about how amazing this business is! First off, their pricing is so much better than all of the others and the big name franchises. You do have to go to them but its so worth it with saving over $200 with them than you would with the others. They did amazing work, they were kind and generous. Second, they were accommodating. I was doing homeschool with my kids while we waited and they made sure to tell me to use the wifi as there isn't great signal in the building. Third, they gave me new wipers for free and that just made my entire day. Fourth, my kid asked if they have lollipops and they dug into their own stash for them, haha! I don't really take the time for reviews but they deserve the few minutes! Please give them a call, you won't regret it!

Had my driver's door window replaced this morning. Unfortunately a rock busted out my window when mowing my lawn. I called them yesterday and they got me in first thing this morning!The owner did a great job and has a great personality! The rest of the staff were great as well! Also had the best price I could find around! They will definitely getting more of my business when needed. I'm a senior citizen and have a 2012 Ford Explorer which developed a leak into the passenger compartment. I contacted a major auto glass company who told me they only replace windshields and not fix leaks. Found another company on line and left a message but they never called me back. Then I found JJ Autoglass and called and told them my problem. Stopped by that afternoon and it wasn't the windshield at all but a clogged drain in the sunroof. JJ diagnosed and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He didn't charge me a penny. You just don't get service like that these days. Maybe that's why he has 5 stars across the board.
