Rubber molding around the corners of the front windshield on my Ford F250 started to come loose, so took it back to Jack Morris where I had my windshield originally replaced, for evaluation. Kathea McIntosh, Assistant Manager brought out a technician to look at my problem. Without hesitation, she told me they would take care of me and fix the problem as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours, she called to let me the truck was ready, and at no charge. It was a great experience as Kathea was extremely friendly and made me feel like I was the most important customer. Thanks Kathea!!!ServicesAuto windshield leak repair, Auto windshield repair

I had been trying to get my windshield fixed from a competing business and after two tries with no success, I tried Jack Morris. Kathea (the manager) went above and beyond trying to get me taken care of same day, but there was an issue the with piece of glass they had, so I had to schedule to come back. The day before my appointment I got a reminder call, and when I showed up, my car was immediately taken back. I was told to expect a 3 hour wait, but this location knocked it out in about an hour and a half. They kept me well informed during the process too. I was able to get my claim switched from the competition to Jack Morris without issue as well. Highly recommended.

There’s a lot to unpack here, so buckle up. I have a 2023 Subaru Ascent, and have had a crack all the way across my windshield for a while. I called Subaru and they suggested I call Jack Morris. The lady I spoke to on the phone to who set up my appointment was lovely, and the process seemed seamless. She told me she would start the claim through my insurance and I would be good to go. Perfect! I took my ascent to them on June 16th. When I arrived, the man who was at the desk (Ethan) said I didn’t owe anything. I knew that wasn’t right because I’m one to over prepare. I asked him if he was sure, because I think i owe my deductible which was $500. He checked, and said they in fact had not submitted to insurance. No biggie, he would start the claim then. He said it would be several hours before they got it done and would call me when it was ready. At around the 6 hour mark, I started to get nervous that something was wrong. I called and he stated they were having some issues calibrating the cameras, but they’re working on it and would call me when it was complete. At 4:30, i still hadn’t heard anything and I live about 45 minutes away. My mother and I started to make our way down there when I received a call from Ethan. He said, “Your car is complete.” Great! I was almost there. When I arrived, he says (word for word), “I’m gonna be honest. We can’t get your cameras to calibrate. It’s safe to drive, but you need to drive it like it’s pre-2010.” Ummmmm absolutely not. I told him that I would not be taking my car until it’s fixed. He told me they didn’t have anywhere to store my car but would talk to someone. They found a place for my car to stay overnight and I left and went home. I asked him specifically to call me with an update the next day. Even if there isn’t an “update”, i would still like a phone call. He said he understood and would be in contact. The next day, i had to call to get an update. They still couldn’t get the cameras to calibrate. Unfortunately, i was on a time crunch because i was going to the beach on Thursday morning. He stated they had contacted Subaru to intervene. Great! I’ve bought two vehicles from them so surely they can help. I immediately called Jim Keras and let them know my subie would be headed their way. After Jack Morris dropped off my vehicle at Subaru, they were apparently done with me. I ended up having to borrow someone else’s car to go out of town. Subaru ended up having to completely change out the cameras (there was nothing wrong with them before). The Subaru supervisor told me this is a common problem with Jack Morris. I have since come back from the beach, picked up my ascent directly from Subaru, and have heard NOTHING from Jack Morris. Not a thank you for being so patient with us, no apology, no NOTHING. They lied to me telling me my vehicle was complete when in fact it was far from it. I normally try to give people the benefit of the doubt, as I’m a business owner as well. But this was an experience i wouldn’t wish on anyone else. Don’t take your Subaru to Jack Morris. It’s just not worth it.

Updated review: I have updated my review from 1 star to 4 stars. Here’s why - after I left negative reviews, the company reached out to me multiple times. They made the situation right, they were very apologetic and also fixed my windshield in a timely manner. I cannot say anything negative due to the fact they acknowledged their issue and fixed it without fault! Would use them again! I left my below review- however like I said they have made everything right and fixed my windshield beautifully! I called jack morris due to insurance suggestion. I spoke w call center. They used my vin number to order correct glass etc. they scheduled me for 11/17/23 and said the shop would call me w specific time. I did not receive a call. So I called them. I knew it would have to be brought in because the call center said they would have to calibrate it w camera or defrost something special with the glass.. so I took off half of my work day. I was told to expect 4hr wait time. The office on Raleigh Lagrange rd told me to be there at 8am. I arrived and checked in. I waited 2 hrs before they took my car back. To be told they do not have the glass. They told me the call center ordered everything correctly. But the glass was at another location. They could not schedule me there for another 2 weeks. And I could use the other location next week. I CANNOT MISS WORK! I’ve already taken a half of a day today for nothing. So I will never use Jack Morris again, and I will tell everyone else not to use Jack Morris. There is no reason if I scheduled the appointment in advance for them not to have my windshield at that location, especially when I also called on Wednesday to confirm it and waited 2 hrs before they told me this. I live/work over an hour away. What a good demonstration of how no one values anyone’s time or business. Poor customer service in not making this right.

I got a pretty small star chip (smaller than a dime) in front windshield and called in the morning and polite receptionist said they were available to fix it now and to come on in. Quoted me only $40 + tax. Price paid was as quoted. Priced same repair online with nearby Safelite Auto Glass and their quote was $104.00. She said time to repair should take only 30-40 minutes and it only took 30 minutes and I was out the door. So glad they could fix it before it spread to the point of a full windshield repair. And very happy they fixed it at a price under $50. Quiet, clean, and cool waiting room. Very happy they were located only 3 minutes from my home, so very convenient. Thought I'd have to drive 30 minutes away. I highly recommend Jack Morris Auto Glass!

My car was stolen and Jack Morris had to pull the glass for the police dept. They cracked it during the process. When I called, they scheduled a day to inspect it and possibly fix the issue. The day before I had to push the appointment back as there was other work still being done. The person I talked to couldn't find any notes from the first call and said that they couldn't/wouldn't do anything about the windshield they damaged. It could be their policy but I could have been told that a week prior when the appointment was set. It sounded like they couldn't guarantee their work but they could sell windshields based on the attitude. They used to be a good local company to work with but they seem to be big enough to not care anymore.
