Took new jeep window frame in to get old windshield glass from previous window frame switched out that was rusted through. Lady in front calls two weeks later and said they broke windshield getting it out of rusted window frame (all they had to do was cut it out) and had to order a new windshield to install. They did not consult with me on the price of the new windshield before taking these steps. Final price they gave me after doing the work Costa the same as a complete new setup so I obviously would not have given me consent to do the work in the first place. Asked them to just keep their windshield and give me back my frame but they decided they will keep it hostage until I pay them the money I never agreed to. There are multiple better shops out there to use, don’t settle for this garbage.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I called two companies before this one. The first was not open, the second was taking appointments and said it would be a week before servicing me. The third company was Jack Morris Auto Glass. The phone associate was friendly and understanding. She was able to order the glass for my windshield replacement/front driver window asap (made the first morning glass delivery)... My car was ready the same day I called to have the repair. I didn't wait all day neither. It felt great to have a timely and professional service. Especially since, many businesses are having to make people make appointments and wait longer due to short staffing per Covid pandemic. As far as the pricing goes, I'm a firm believer in "You Get What You Pay For"... Thank you, (JM)... Keep up the good work and hiring of awesome associates. 👍

Poor Service and Unprofessional Experience I went in for glass repair but had to schedule an appointment. Initially, I was told someone would need to inspect my window, that never happened. Instead, they scheduled me for a 3:30 PM appointment the next day and assured me the work would be done by close of business (5 PM). I arrived early, around 3:15 PM, and was not greeted. I had to wait while staff finished phone calls before even being acknowledged. After checking in, I waited for quite a while. Meanwhile, an older Caucasian gentleman came in after me but his car was serviced and completed before me. At 5 PM, I approached the desk to ask for an update, only to be told they were “just about to pull my car around” to begin the repair, clearly far behind schedule. When I reminded them of the 5 PM completion promise, the woman at the desk rudely told me it wasn’t their fault the truck was late. No one informed me of any delays when I checked in, which would have helped me plan better. At that point, I left and scheduled a mobile repair for the following day. While the technician did replace my window, they left broken glass all over the front interior of my car. Completely unacceptable. Overall, the experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Wish I had read the reviews before going, but my insurance company recommended this place!

I have used JMAG for windshield replacements in the past and was happy with the service. My last time there was not as good. When I was picking up my car, I was informed that two rubber pieces at the base of the windshield were "dry rotted" and unfit to be reinstalled. They function to keep leaves and other debris from falling down under the hood into the engine compartment. The pieces were returned to me, and I have inspected them. They are not dry rotted, they are flexible, not cracked and completely solid. However they have been damaged by some blade, I assume in the windshield removal process. They have obvious cut marks and slashes in the rubber. My conclusion is that the repairman damaged them accidentally during the removal process. JMAG is now gaslighting me, trying to make me think they are dry rotted when they were actually damaged by their employee. I have complained through their complaint process, and the best they will do is: "If I purchase new ones, they will install them for me". One star.

Today's experience with the Union location was horrible and disappointing! I have used their services several times in the past and for the most part, have been satisfied. However, today's front desk customer service was by far the WORST I've experienced in a very long time. First, my appointment was scheduled on the wrong date (small issue- they were still able to get me in). Secondly, they quoted me one price and at check out, the price almost doubled. Originally, I called in March and received a quote. I called again on May 4th and received the same quote for $250 and scheduled. The final bill was $471.00 and I could not understand why. The lady who I assumed was the manager (she sat at the desk away from the front counter) came over to assist. Because my original quote was not far above my insurance deductible, I decided to pay out of pocket. This lady had the gall and audacity to ask me, in a condescending and snarky manner, why I didn't pay with my deductible anyway (when the bill was only $250). I was LIVID, what business is it of yours how I choose to use my money?? UNACCEPTABLE. OUTRAGEOUS. Perhaps if the same energy was given to making sure the office staff quotes and schedules properly, I would not have to write this review. Furthermore, if you are allergic to cats, chose another location because there is a large cat that sits on the counter and lerks around while the staff eats their lunch at the front counter and greets customers. I noticed in the reviews there was a response to favorable reviews, let's see if I get a response. Jack Morris @ Union - DO BETTER!!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

This place is horrible! I pay them to come change my windshield and recalibrate. Guy comes and changes the windshield no problem, guy can’t get the program to work for my truck so I was told I need to go up to the Union store. He said it would be quick. I go in and tell them the situation and they accommodate me. 2 hours later they still can’t get it done. There’s guys out driving my truck around when I mention the tire size( I googled “windshield calibration problems” while I was waiting.) They promptly tell me they can’t do it because of my tire size. I asked why they never mentioned it before, they said it’s up to the customer to tell them. I said the customers don’t know that true size has anything to do with windshield calibration. They said my guys don’t know what larger tires look like. I said Hellen Keller can tell you that my tires aren’t factory size. They said they’re not 4 wheel experts. I got mad at that point. I said give me my money back then. They said you paid with a company check the previous day so they’d have to mail me the refund. Then I say give me my keys so I can leave. They tell me the guys are still out driving it around. So they tell to come to the shop after I’ve already had a mobile app, wait 2 hours, tell me they can’t do it because of a problem that they should be able to identify within 5 seconds of looking at the truck, tell me they can’t refund me immediately and then I can’t even leave because my truck is being driven around by these incompetent morons. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my truck to get back. I told them they suck and left. Upon arriving back at work, I find another customers keys in my car. I seriously considered keeping them to screw those ladies at the front desk that were so stupid and rude. I decided to take them back up there and toss them on the counter, called them morons and left again. I’ll never go back.
