Jackson Auto Glass did a fantastic job replacing the driver’s side window and the front windshield on our commercial bucket truck. It’s not easy finding a glass shop that works on a big commercial bucket truck like ours, especially on such short notice, but they handled it quickly with no problem. The whole process was quick and professional. They were also super patient on the phone with my wife when she initially called with a million questions. They’re now my go-to for all business and personal glass repairs.

I got my passenger window smashed on my 2022 freightliner cascadia in tallulah and was in need of repair ASAP, l called around and no one had any clue as to what l needed nor how to get the job done until l called these guys, and immediately l knew l had found the right spot!they told me to come in and not long after they had my window replaced and back on the road They were fast friendly courteous and professional! After searching my phone for auto glass replacement near me I received 3 off the top. I called and got estimates from all and to my surprise the one that I called last thinking it was in Jackson not Brandon ended up being the cheapest, and they did not try to sell me insurance for any defects caused by them putting it in. Right on schedule, only took 20 minutes, cleaned and smelled good, friendly and down to earth which made me feel comfortable and able to joke. They will come to you and also do glass frameless shower doors, table tops, house windows and more. I thought only expensive companies would do that from what some of my family members have just went through and paid. I will be going back to get my other windows replaced. They did a great job and it was cheaper.

Love these guys. They are the definition of prompt. When they told me they would get me taken care of at a certain time and place, they weren’t playing. They came to me at no extra charge. Their quality was bar none and the price was way better than anyone else around and in today’s economy, that ain’t nothing you can just ignore. Straight up, someone broke into my car and they came right out like they said they would and the price was amazing. Thank the lord for these guys.
