Jerry's Auto Glass

I rated them a 1 because the survey did not offer less. I had a rear window problem with my 2014 f150 where the defroster quit, so ford warranty used them to replace it at the ford dealer, strangely it happened again so they came to the ford dealer and changed yet another one. Well this one leaks water, so i was told by the dealer to take it to jerrys..before. idid,i checked it myself with the hose and water poured in and stained the headliner again,i had to prove it at the ford dealer in which they did the same test and they agreed. So i took it to jerrys shop for the entire day,and when i picked it up they said they found the leak in the cargo light! They never removed the caulk from the frame that i put on to check it,it still leaks as they did nothing to help me. We had some heated words as my wife was witnessing and they called me the F word several times. This dealer is nothing close to reliable or friendly, further action will coming soon.

They installed a new windshield on my 2017 Ford Transit Connect. Even though it was an oem windshield, it leaked water every time it rained right onto my radio. After the windshield cracked, I finally replaced it. They did an amazing job! No excess glue is visible on the inside, and it doesn't leak now! They got me in quick, completed the job in about an hour and a half, and it was affordable! I'll be taking all my vehicles here from now on! Couldn't be happier!!!

Had an accident with my toy hauler and broke the back glass out of my truck on friday evening in pigeon forge. I called Jerry's and they were able to work me in (luckily) at 8am on Saturday morning. I showed up early seeing as how they were nice enough to work me in and they got to work on my truck around 10 minutes till 8. They cleaned up what was left of the old window, vacuuming in the back. Then had the new window installed and ready to go before 8:45! All of this is on top of beating a safelite quote by $95 and getting to it 5 days faster! Not to mention the friendliness and great customer service. These guys have all 5 stars for a reason! If I ever have a need for glass repair and am in the area again I can promise you they will be my #1 choice.

I looked online for a place to get the side window in my car replaced. Found Jerry's Auto Glass and they seemed to be well regarded. I called them and talked to Jim. He was able to find a replacement from out of state and have it shipped in. They were able to install it for me the day it arrived. I couldn't be happier with the service. Joe and Jim were great. If I unfortunately have to have glass work in the future I'll definitely call Jerry's first.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My windshield was damaged while driving. I filed an insurance claim and selected Jerry’s to replace my windshield. I waited three days after filing the claim before calling Jerry’s. When I called, I asked if they had received notice of my claim — they had. The man I spoke with said that he would find a windshield to fit my vehicle and call me back. Over two weeks later, and not a word from Jerry’s. I called another business and they were able to get a windshield within a couple of hours.

Ok I’d first like to say that hands down the best business I’ve been to in many many years. The honesty, professionalism, and the knowledge. So I called several places for quotes me they was all 100’s more for my back glass in 4Runner.. he was the only one even before he knew I was going to use him that gave me the information about what had caused my back glass to just randomly shatter. It was the defrost it gets to hot. But no one else told me that info, so big ups for that. And he didn’t over charge me because my back hatch don’t just open up so it made his job harder but he didn’t charge. And I forgot to tell him when I got the quote. And then he was 10 dollars cheaper than what he quoted, I told him that and he just still stuck with the cheaper price. All together I’m very impressed and glade to see that they are still companies out their like his..would highly recommend to anyone..
