King Auto Glass & Trim

I took my car there due to window would not roll up nor down, derrick kept my car there almost 3 weeks due to he thought it was a regulator and he said it had to be programmed, then he says he missed diagnosed the problem and it was a lose wire and he will need to send it to another shop to have it fixed and that was another week, after driving by numerous days I saw that my car had never been anywhere still sitting in the same place. I left out of town and come back to find it still has not been fixed, he claimed he was waiting on the other company to fix it, for him and that he had been doing this for 15 years and he knew what he was doing, well after all the run arounds. I went and got my car and took it to the dealership and they called back in 2 days to say it was the window motor, so basically I wasted 3 weeks dealing with him and the lies about getting it fixed when he never had a clue. (although I paid hefty for the dealership to fix it in 2 days it was worth it) and to add this I previously had another car in about 2 months ago and had a window issue he fixed it in record time but lost the fuse box door to my car and when asked he swore he had put it in the car but he never did, now keep in mind he did try to correct it by getting another one from the junk yard for me but it was too small so we could not use it, so I had to drive around with a big whole in the bottom of the dash board because he misplaced the part, well about a week later he did find the part only after I called to see what was he going to do about replacing it, he said he had laid the part down and lost it, but he did have me pick it up. I tried to support this business for one reason only and that is because he is a BLACK OWNED business and I am Black... but I would not recommend him nor his service.. I would rather pay more and get it right the first time.. so there you have it. It is your money spend it how you may but as for me I will NEVER BE BACK THERE NOT EVEN TO GET A WIND SHIELD ON A WHEEL CHAIR..

Called Mr. King last week on Wednesday and then again Friday to confirm my appointment for this morning at 8:30 am today. I specifically asked if he would have the supplies to complete my repair. He assured me he would and said to come on in Monday. I took off work, showed up for my appointment, only to be told he wouldn’t have the windshield until Wednesday. He was not apologetic or anything!! That was so unprofessional!!!! The only thing he said as I grabbed my keys was “Let me know.” I would not recommend this company.

This was my first time doing business with them and it was just ok. First day he told me to come back an hour later. Came back and after Waiting 45min I was told they didn't hv the windshield I needed to come back in the morning. ....next morning he kept his word he put my vehicle in front of the line and gave me a discount. So far the windshield hasn't leaked

They don't deserve a star. Brought my car in August for sunroof and back glass replacement and didn't get it back until March. Over half of a year had past before anything was completed. Not to mention I had to be the one to call for updates for months. When I did I was told that the wrong part was ordered for the back glass and had to be returned. There was tons of excuses and false promises that the car would be complete "tomorrow". He had not even attempted to do the sunroof which came in a week after bringing the car in. The only reason he finished the sunroof was because I decided to come up to the shop to get the car after seeing that it had been sitting out uncovered in snow and rain for months. That's when I was told to stay there while he put the sunroof in. It was a rush job. He put it in in 30 minutes. Non of the electric was connected. Why wasn't this done in August when the part came in? I then took the car to another shop who was able to get correct glass and install it in 12 hours at a much cheaper price. And it wasn't a rush job! Don't let King Auto play with your time and money!

I'll share my experience with King Auto Glass& Trim ok my first time hearing about him was from some people that i had met for the first time and i needed to make a purchase in order for things to go smoothly in ny travel from start to finish i must tell everybody that this man will work with you if you put yourself in a good position for him to see you as a good person and of real character that can hold a decent conversation this man will work out any problems you have that are laying on the table he was able to help me extremely and i truly thank God for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing guy!!!!!! Very Helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Jesus!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. Rude when I talked to him on the phone about 10:30 and told me they would be out to replace my front windshield around 12pm Thursday Oct 11. They never showed up so I tried to call them back around 3. Couldn't get an answer. I got an answer when I called at 5 and he said they were running behind but still coming. It gets to be 7pm and nobody ever came. The next day they called AT 1:00pm!! And said someone would be out in 45 min. I said okay. An hour and 15 min later I called again and he said he's on his way. Very unprofessional and wasting my time.
