I would gave this negative zero score. not trying to be mean but meyyn smh! Very irresponsible shop. I came here because they were open until 6 PM, but they made me wait an extra week and turned a simple problem into a major one. Save your time and money-this place is a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

They did come but they were 2.5 hrs late. Every time I called they did the whole, “We got stuck in traffic. We’ll be there in 15.” Then when they got here they brought the wrong glass so instead of being without my car for 30 min, it ended up being 3 hrs. I get that things happen, but let me know so I can adjust my day.

I was the very first person there for a simple window regulator. Nobody else was there. It took them 3 hours to fix my problem. Not because it was difficult, but because they all started working on their buddies' cars first. 3 hours, man...... Every time I checked "Oh 10 more minutes" (they meant another hour). I was quoted one price and charged more, too. When it was done, the person who did the job walked off, giving me the silent treatment after I did say thank you, polite. So, if you like waiting forever and horrible customer service, then hey.... NOT ONE PERSON KEPT ME UPDATED WHILE I WAITED. Quoted $40, paid $220 afterward.

I had my front window replaced a little over a year ago,and have gone back many times trying to get it fixed and kept getting a run a round from everyone, I thought my window was done good,went home didn't wash it for almost a week just to be sure although they said 3 days,,it does not rain much in Vegas but once it did the it leaked into my car over the driver side visor and got the carpet wet to,this happens every time it rains,now because it has been over a year they wont fix it and its notfair because they were the ones giving me the run-around,i shouldn't have to pay another $185 because you cant cant fix a mistake you didNegativeQuality

Picked up my car from getting a simple tint and found broken glass in my trunk. Please take these reviews seriously because they are all true. After I confronted them about the broken glass, they lied and said a car next to me had a broken glass. How would that get into my closed trunk. It is very embarrassing how they do business. Please do not take your vehicles here. Now I have no warranty because I do not trust them to ever work on my car again. They did replace the rear window with an authentic Toyota one which I am grateful for, but they should not have lied to me. I am so happy I didn't get charged. I still don't know what happened.

When I finished getting my front windshield repaired. I was getting ready to leave but couldnt because my car keys were nowhere to be found. I was informed that One of the enployees left with them and is more than 30 minutes away. This was very irresponsible from the shops behalf. Never again. The lady kept stating she cant do anything because she had just arrived to the shop. A business is a business. It does not matter who gets there or not. This place is unprofessional. Do not take your vehicle here.
