Kiss Auto Glass

We got referred to Kiss Auto Glass by Integrity Automotive who I use regularly. I've never had to replace a windshield and really wasn't sure about the process with insurance. I called Kiss and the receptionist reviewed everything and cleared up all my questions. The process was simple, fast, and the staff was very outgoing. I'm a bit of a talker and go on just about anything. The owner and the receptionist ( I really wish I remember the names) where so outgoing and put up with my yapping for my entire visit. If I am ever in need of window repair or any service they offer, Kiss will be who I call. Top Notch SERVICE!!!!

Owner Rich Kiss and helper, Zach, came out on a Saturday to replace the two huge windshield panes in our RV. They were right on time and were meticulous about the installation. When I came up short on the amount of window tint material I had on hand, they even waited for me to run to the store to get more - at no extra charge - so they could finish the job. Had my truck scheduled for a window replacement and I was late dropping it off. Roughly 15 min. So I wait in the office for around 20 min to be told they didn't get my glass they ordered. I was informed they could get it by the next week. Scheduled them to come to my house for installation. When I got home the plastic was removed from my window with nothing done. No phone call nothing just left my window opening with no plastic so rain could soak the truck. I called and was informed my window motor wasn't working and they couldn't do it. So I bought a window from u pull and pay and a young guy that works for me installed it in no time.

Very happy with my experience! I got quotes from 3 other places (Safelight was the most expensive) and Kiss had the best prices. They also had the most flexible schedule (i.e one place wanted me to bring my car for them to look at the damage, and then bring it back a second time to leave it to be fixed). Kiss sent someone to my house for NO EXTRA CHARGE. He was on time and very polite (took his shoes off when coming inside). It's been over a month since I got my entire windshield replaced and everything is still great. Highly recommend!

After a terrible experience with Safelite, I was referred to Kiss Auto Glass by my mechanic. Safelite came to replace my windshield and found they had the wrong windshield for my vehicle listed in the national database. They left and called me the following day and told me they needed a windshield from Hyundai and the price would be more than double their original quote. I contacted Kiss Auto Glass and explained what happened. They came out and inspected the windshield, took some measurement and figured out the national database was incorrect. I have a hybrid and the windshields for the hybrid and regular Sonata were reversed. They went and picked up the correct windshield, came back and installed it the same day. The price was less than Safelite's original quote and less than half of their revised quote. The technician from Kiss took ten minutes out of his day and saved me more than he charged me. He was extremely professional and service oriented. I highly recommend them.

While I was driving the Truck on 129, I found myself about 150 (or so) feet behind a dump truck. I started hearing pebbles hit the truck so I started to lane change and I began slowing down at the same time. But, I first had to wait for another car to pass. Just then, and all of a sudden it sounded like a bomb went off inside the cab. At that moment, All I could think of is to keep the Truck straight and remain calm. I found myself completely covered in Glass and just a little shaken. I quickly looked around to see what happened inside that split second. It was some object, that literally put a gapping hole through the windshield. I could only assume it was a rock. I never saw it coming and I didn't see it after it hit the windshield. But it seemed that it hit at the speed of a bullet. I am not one to get shaken easily, but this got me shaken. Now what? Well, I called the insurance and left a message, and then started calling autobody shops and auto glass repair services. Later, I spoke with a friend, who recommended Kiss Autoglass on St. Rt. 42 Their replacement price was lower than others, but yet competitive. And, they could have it done within a day, but I wasn't in a hurry. I got the truck back the following day, and was impressed with their service. OUTSTANDING JOB! Highly Recommended.
