Jennifer answered the phone when I called to set an appointment. I called at 8:30 on a Friday morning hoping that they would be able to get me that day even though I knew that might not happen, my heart dropped when she said they were booked that day but that they have an opening the next day. I was surprised that they have Saturday hours and very pleased to hear it. I told them that was perfect. Steve, their technician, called me at 8:30 the next morning to make sure I would be home just as Jennifer said he would. And let me tell you about Steve. He was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do and what I needed to do to make sure that the glue would set right. I made sure to tip him, but in hind sight I don't think I gave him enough considering he worked on a Saturday and it was a little cold out. Their customer service was too notch and their price can't be beat, trust me, I shopped around. Great job guys! I would highly recommend them for any glass replacement.

Very professional and friendly. He came out twice to help us with a back truck window leak. My truck series & model has had leak problems. He gave his professional opinion and experience with this issue. When the initial repair (from the dealer - not Knight's) did not rectify the problem he returned. He located the issue and urethaned the leak. He also made recommendations should additional leaks appear in other areas on the truck (again, because of known issues with this model/series). Highly recommended.

I had a rear sliding window that shattered due to a poor design by my pickup's manufacturer on their defroster. Knight's Auto Glass came out the same day I called in and replaced it for over a thousand dollars less than the part alone from Ford. The part used was OEM and the guys made sure everything was functional and all trim was put back exactly as it was from the factory. Highly recommend them - don't waste your time with Safelite (they quoted a higher cost and wouldn't get to me for 2 weeks due to "parts availability").

Someone came on Tuesday, but the paperwork had the wrong vehicle year so they had the wrong windshield. Rescheduled to the next day...no big deal, it happens. However, what happens the next day is ridiculous! The guy takes the windshield out, THEN realizes he again has the wrong windshield. He puts the old windshield, now shattered as the process of removal isn't a gentle process, back on and says he'll be back the next day with the correct windshield...WHAT?! You destroyed the windshield that had a single crack across the bottom and made it unsafe to drive and said we can drive it in 2 hours?! My wife has to pick up our child in that! So now I have to leave work early today and go in late tomorrow to pick up/take our child to daycare since we are down to one vehicle. We asked if there was going to be any discount because of this and they said no. When my wife and I was discussing what to do as we were both flabbergasted that this even happen, the guy interrupted and asked for a decision! Are you serious!? You destroyed the current windshield and cost me time at work and we are now an inconvenience to you and your time today?! This is by far one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I have ever had! I wouldn't recommend Knight's Auto Glass to anyone! If something goes wrong (even if it's their fault) don't expect good customer service or them to make things right! Beware of this company!

I would highly recommend Knight's to anyone looking for a replacement. From the minute I called I got nothing but fantastic customer service. The 2 guys that came out and replaced my windshield were right on time, informative and quick. They were way cheaper than Safelite, and did an awesome job. They came all the way to my work in Hagerstown, which is super convenient when working a M-F 8-5 job. Thank you everyone again for the awesome experience!

Great job, great price, great experience. Steve and his crew came to my work and had it done in no time. The job was originally scheduled for 2 days before, but we hit a high of about 7 degrees on that day. Steve explained that the materials used for the windshield replacement wouldn't be 100% effective in the cold and that we should wait. To me, that's fantastic customer service and I was glad to wait and have it done right. Highly recommended business.
