Luis installed my rear glass for my Tacoma. I bought the Toyota OEM glass. Less than a year later it’s leaking. On my receipt shows lifetime warranty on install. I tried for a week to get him come out inspect it. Didn’t show first and second day. Second day rescheduled for next day before noon. I text him next day asking approximate time, he says he was at court and if I don’t stop messaging him he will not come to inspect the leak. Now he won’t answer calls or text. He blames leak on gasket from 3rd brake light. Which I have inspected and in working order.

Terrible service, he installed a glass on a 2023 Defender, which he left installed incorrectly, water is getting into my car, he came and detached it and re-attached it and what he did was more damage, damaging the front defoggers and breaking the protective rubbers and it is still getting in. Water is not responding, he does not respond and does not want to give me a warranty, I had to call the insurance company. Again, bad recommendation.

I just had my windshield replaced in my 1999 Honda accord. The guys were on time and friendly. They were fast and did a very clean job. They cleaned up there mess when finished. I would highly recommend these guys ! I will definitely call them if I ever need there services again.
