Lake Travis Mobile Glass

Lake Travis Mobile Glass made it easy and seamless to get an online quote and schedule an appointment to replace the windshield in my 2001 Honda Civic. After I submitted the information thru their website, I was contacted very quickly by Kristen to finalize the order. The service technician, Oswald, was great -- he arrived at my home at the time scheduled, and made it look easy. It was obvious he had done this many times before, and probably could have done it blindfolded! I've recently referred Lake Travis Mobile Glass to two friends who also needed windshield replacement, and they were also very pleased with the quick and professional service they received. Highly recommended!!

While traveling over the 2016 Christmas holiday our car was hit by a rock on the windshield that resulted in a chip that was approximately 3/8 of an inch across. After returning to Lakeway we called Mobile Glass to get our windshield repaired. Mobile Glass quickly came to our house and repaired the chip. The service technician was thorough and courteous . From the time we called Mobile Glass until the repair was completed was only 2 hours! While you can still see the area that was repaired, the appearance of the chip was greatly improved. We would not hesitate to use Mobile Glass for future windshield chips we may receive. See the attached images for "before" and "after" photos.

I’ve posted screenshots of the conversation a family member of mine had with a representative of Lake Travis Mobile Glass. The individual seems to have felt it was inappropriate to ask whether or not a AAA discount was available and immediately became confrontational. This is pretty unfortunate because it really wasn’t a deal breaker if the discount wasn’t something they offered. Rather, it would just have been useful to know when comparing prices. I hope this is just a single misguided employee and not indicative of how the owners run the business. Needless to say I can’t recommend Lake Travis Mobile Glass without an apology and remediation. If you can't see the screenshots, it culminates in the staff member calling my family member stupid and an a-hole

Trustworthy, professional, experienced, ethical. A rock hit my windshield and I didn’t want to replace the whole windhield right now. LT Mobile Glass came out for a free inspections to let know if it could be repaired or needed to be replaced. After they assessed the damage, they recommended repair to stop the crack from spreading and if I need a new windshield at a later date then a portion of my repair will go towards the new windshield. I appreciate their honestly! I will use them for the long haul now. And they have since repaired my windshield to stop the crack from spreading. Great experience!

It can almost feel like a right of passage when you get that first crack in your windshield in Texas. The moment of shock and horror when you hear that debris smack right off the car and then the disbelief as you watch that little knick turn into a web of cracks along your windshield. Definitely hard to avoid with all the construction and rural roads around these parts. Needless to say, I experienced this range of feelings and needed fast service. Mobile Glass was not only speedy but super efficient. Showed up to my home and had the windshield repaired in less than hour. Not only did I have a shiny new windshield, but they were helpful in pointing to the best place to repair other issues with my vehicle.

I took a chance on Lake Travis Mobile Glass and so far it's been great! I had a rock chip on the edge of my windshield that could not be repaired and eventually traveled 2 feet on my windshield. They came when our appointment was made, were done in 45 min and did it in my driveway so I could keep going about my day. This was very convenient. They have a lifetime warranty, so I'm not worried about installation leaks or anything else! Great service!
