Please, just save yourself the time and frustration. Pay $20-$40 more and go somewhere else more reputable and scam-free. I called on a Tuesday evening, was told no appointment was needed to come in the next morning. First come, first serve. I arrive at the start of business, was told my windshield wouldn’t arrive until 10am. Had I been told that the night before, I would not have arrived 2 hours prior. Then at check out, i was told that to use my debit card would cost $10 more. The man argued with me, and got arguably defensive when i suggested they expound on this aspect over the phone “before” patrons are getting ready to check out. They couldn’t care less about their reputation or the quality of their work. Just looking to attract vulnerable people who they can provide poor service to. Don’t fall for it. Not worth the difference in price

Setup an appointment 4-10-15 for the next morning. When i got there they said they already sold the glass they had there and they would gladly set me an appointment for that Monday coming up. First, why would i set another appointment when you couldn't follow thru on the original one that had been set. Second i work on during the week which is why i initially set it up on Saturday. SMFH!!! So today 4-17-15, i try to setup another appointment in hopes they would keep their word this time, only to be told that they will set an appointment but they wouldn't order the glass until i actually get there tomorrow 4-18-15, and proceeded to tell me that the glass wouldn't be there until 1 so i would be without my car all day. I've used this place before in the past and the service was never like this. Dont know what happened, don't really care at this point. I highly suggest you call around before going to this place.They must get so much business they don't need my measly $150 cash. There are a lot of glass shops around here and im sure they'll be glad to take my money. I found another shop down the street which cost a few dollars more, but at least they keep their word.

If there were more stars to give, I would! Two weeks ago the cold front brought a baby crack in my windshield across the whole thing (yikes) and these folks replaced it same day for $500 less than quoted by another shop- super quick, value cant be beat and professionalism is on point. Fast forward two weeks, my car is vandalized over night and I need a driver window on a Saturday and sidnt have time to vac the glass before I had to get to work. Same day service, assured me only a few hours and true to their word, not 2 hours later I'm called to pick up! Amazing price! Top that off, I pick up and theyve wiped down my door, vacuumed all the glass from even under the seat and put the mats back!! Amazing service all the way around!!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If you do business with them your crazy. I went to them on a Thursday (April 7, 2022). They installed a windshield that they put a small crack in the side of the windshield when they installed it. That I didn’t notice until it became a huge crack by Monday evening, mind you I hadn’t driven the car since the day the windshield was installed and I drove it straight home and parked it. I returned to them today (April 12, 2022) the morning manager said he couldn’t fix it even though the tools they use to install the windshield chipped it and started the crack…. I advise you to pay that extra money and seek a better more qualified business. They should be called LOW LIFE AUTO GLASS 😡

Super friendly people. Called before and the owner was kind enough to take me in even on a busy day. Both people at the front were very nice. Great customer service! It’s hard to find this kinda thing for a good price but they exceeded my expectations. Quicker if you show up early in the morning. You literally can’t beat the price and you certainly can’t beat a family owned business. I don’t know why some of these reviews are harsh? Maybe had a bad bowl of Frosted Flakes. Haha. I was very happy with their work. So helpful. Thank you!!

Great deals on budget. The only issue was I made an appointment and when I showed up the guy sitting in the front did not know how to look up appointments and called someone on the phone. The guy asked if I made an appointment and I stated yes he asked me if I was given a quote and I stated the quote. I was given an hour to hour 15 mins wait time. He had me drive my vechicle into the shop and turn it around. After that everything else went smoothly. The windshield looks great. Thanks for the service.
