I stopped by today in a rush to fix my driver side window, and I’m so glad I chose this place! Beforehand, I tried another shop that told me I’d have to leave my car there all day — not an option for me. From the moment I arrived, Linda’s customer service was outstanding. She’s warm, professional, and easy to talk to. What truly stood out was the transparency — they walked me over and clearly explained the issue, showing me exactly what was wrong. No guesswork, no pressure — just honesty. The service was quick, efficient, and on point. I was in and out with zero stress. I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs reliable auto work. Big thanks to Linda and David — you’ve earned a loyal customer!

While I did not have any experience with the cost associated, as this was done through my insurance company, from my first conversation with the scheduler to the good bye from the technician who picked up/dropped off my vehicle, it was top notch. I am disabled and agoraphobic, it is not an easy task to go to places outside of my work or home. The sweet lady I set things up with didn't even hesitate to offer accommodations for me. In my eyes this is top notch and they will have my business as well as any referrals I can give for the future. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I have being going to this place for at least 12 years.. fortunately I never had the chance of dealing with one of the owner which has no clue what customer service is... they have done multiple windshields for me on different cars. But after today they will never be getting anymore business from me and wont even recommend anyone to come here.. if you are a business owner learn how to talk to customers you are not the only business that does auto glass. Personally speaking, I prefer to pay a little more and go to a place that knows how to treat customers.

Went there today with my boyfriend to get his window fixed. Told the guy it needed to be fixed, briefly looked at it & gave my boyfriend a price. We left & came back & dude wanted more money... Then after we left, My boyfriend got ALL THE WAY home & his passenger window wasn't working(was working b4 going there). Boyfriend goes BACK & tells dude & HE says it's not his fault but will look at it... Like how do u even say that to a customer?? And a FIRST TIME customer at that!! Won't go back here or recommend to anyone... Not close to the hse anyway... Update: Looked at the window today (2 days later) and they scratched up my boyfriend's brand new tint (just got windows tinted 3 weeks ago) AND broke the toggle switch for the side mirrors. Smh. Horrible service. Absolutely horrible.

WARNING! If I was able to provide low price auto glass a ZERO star, I gladly would. Go figure with the name alone. You get what you pay for… They replaced my quarter back window glass and did a sloppy job, to say the least! First, let’s start by mentioning the man did a 5 minute job.. rushed through it since we are just a number on line. Then, I realized the part was NOT snapped into place. He used the excuse that it was raining so the rain dragged it “out of place”… I requested to have it fixed, and he then tried to slide it back into place with no success. Reason being, there was a sloppy bubble of black adhesive seal in the inside of the window that prevented the part to slide in. He then proceeded to say, it will never look good since it’s not an original. Didn’t tell me from the beginning that this would be an after market part… which I don’t mind but would be nice to know what you’re getting placed in your vehicle. Even a used original would have been great. Anyway, he said if it leaks bring it back and I’ll replace it. Why would I wait until it leaks, to then have to deal with mold?? I have little children that sit back there! Well, a week later I noticed the part was lifting and called to see if I can get a refund for the part but keep the labor charge and he said NO, I will not give you money back! Even though, in the receipt, it states you can get a refund back if the item is still in sellable condition. I insisted that I was not happy with his crappy service and he said “well I will not give you any money back, I can try to fix it again”but why would I bring it back to someone that clearly doesn’t know how to do the job? Not to mention he failed to replace the “door seal strip” leaving a gap that will ALSO cause water to leak into my car. So I decided to do what I should have done in the first place and contact a professional to fix this man’s distasteful service. So like they say in Spanish “ lo barato sale caro” which mean “cheap comes out expensive” when you have to pay again for corrections!! I don’t do reviews.. never did, but this situation prompted me to post for the first time. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES.. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ON THESE INSENSITIVE INDIVIDUALS. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I live paycheck to paycheck down here, so when my front driver’s side window was smashed in while I was at work, I had to call around to a lot of places to find something I could afford. Low Price Auto Glass gave me the best quote of anywhere I tried in Davie, they took me in that day within an hour, and within another hour and a half my car was fixed and ready to go. The woman working up front (sorry your name escaped me!) was an absolute sweetheart. Will definitely be going back in the unfortunate event I have to deal with another break in.
