DO NOT COME HERE had my window replaced a month later it came off the track. Came back and the owner said I had a bad window regulator and was gonna charge me $150 to replace it. Took it to another shop and showed me how they in fact didn’t install it correctly and were able to fix it for me. Reply to owner: Funny because I did go and the manager and he refused to open the door and check the labor and he is the one who did the work. I told him it was off track and not installed right and he kept telling me no it’s a regulator. It was a safety issue according to the shop I brought it to and they stated it could fall though at any moment. I had to get it done elsewhere and unfortunately I don’t trust a shop that refuses to check their own work better luck next time and good luck answering to the BBB

I have Corvette HUD (heads up display) and the manufacturer recommendation was a $750 "HUD compatible" replacement. I called at least 6 shops and Low Price Auto Glass had the best price and hours by far. One shop was even in shock when I told them their quote and they couldn't even get close. They were spot on the quote when the bill came as well. They understood $750 is an extremely expensive window and had me talk with the installer to go over a much less costly option. He was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable going with the cheaper option and still having my HUD show on the glass. It turns out the installer was spot on and he ended up saving me over $500!!! There was 0 difference in the look of the display on the glass from the window that broke. I've never really needed a window replaced since I had my first car so I wasn't sure who to go to. This shop made me feel comfortable and confident that the job was done right. I own 5 cars myself and have a few friends with full garages as well and I won't hesitate to take another vehicle or send a friend.

AWESOME!! I had a back quarter panel shatter in my Kia the other night at work. I was so mad because I know those little windows are so expensive! I took it here first thing the next morning. They had one and literally took no time at all to fix it! Also costed less than half what I was quoted from others! Amazing! I was so impressed and highly pleased with this shop!! I called to get my side window replaced and they got me in quickly. Once I got there I asked about a windshield as well.... and the guys were great about accommodating my extra service. They were quick and professional. The pricing was very reasonable and I am very happy with the work they did. Very disappointed in the quality of glass they installed into my vehicle. Within two weeks my windshield had a crack running all the way across the middle. When I called in to find out about the warranty I was told there was only 1 month warranty. When the glass was installed it was 1 year! I told them it had only been two weeks and they said the glass in never under warranty only the steal, if it leaks. I wish I had spent the $40 extra and gone to a quality glass replacement business.
