I dealt with him over the phone for my front windshield ; at that time, he quoted me a different price, but when I arrived, he charged me a different amount . Additionally , he billed me for 4.10 hours of labor, even though he only worked for 30 minutes. Other stores will fix glass at your home for same price, so there 's no need to go there. If you want to repair any kind of glass, go somewhere else. Do not go there.

I discovered my rear passenger side window of a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee had been broken into at about 9am on a Thursday. I quote shopped several auto glass repair places which ranged from $260-$409 with appts only available several days later (after the weekend), but my main concern was to have my window repaired same day for a decent price. I called Low Price Auto Glass for a quote and availability. They had a window in stock for $189 (before tax) and said come by anytime. They do not offer mobile service (which I was hoping for) but I couldn't pass up the price and availability compared to other shops. I went straight there. I got there at 11am and it was busy with several people waiting. I was greeted and seen within 3 mins, handed over my keys, and in about 45 mins it was done and paid $207 (after tax). The glass looks great and is fully functional. They even cleaned a bulk of the glass shards from the break-in (I did not clean prior to arrival). Cheap, quick, and a great job. Thanks for making a bad morning less bad.

When we called, they said they could get his truck taken care of that day!
