So if you’re a Bay Area resident, having a good glass repair place should be on your ‘Life Maintenance’ list, including doctor, dentist, hair stylist/barber, etc. These guys are on the top of that list. Cindy is a woman you want on your side. She doesn’t waste your time so don’t waste hers. They’ll always try to get you in the day of and make sure you have proper expectations on price and wait time. The work is clean and ‘staff’ even come out to wait with you sometimes (pic below). I hope you don’t ever need to come here in emergencies but if you do, they’ll take care of ya.

Low price, low quality parts and service. They use cheap glass and won't clean after themselves. If you decide to deal with them, grab a handheld vacuum to clean the glass shards or you risk to wound fingers or sit on glass pieces. They will break parts and say it's not covered. Detailed story. I came there to replace a cracked windshield on my Ford C-Max. First non-OEM windshield they installed had a gap in the seal which resulted in loud wind when driving on a freeway. I came back in a month to re-seal the glass, and they said the glass is already cracked and it won't be possible to re-use it, so I need a new glass. They also refused to replace the plastic moldings at their cost. They broke the moldings during initial glass replacement. They sold me a new OEM glass this time and managed to make an adequate seal. I thought this time it'd be problem free, but in six months, the rainy weather came, and I discovered the rain sensor isn't working. I removed the sensor and saw lots of dust and mud in the sensor. The gel pad had a ripped perimeter. I cleaned the sensor and the pad, reinstalled it, but it didn't help. The sensor isn't working. Now, in rainy weather, I'm with a problematic sensor. What should I do now? Replace sensor? Replace pad? Get a liquid quick cure silicon for the pad? I regret I used this low-price inferior quality service.

Spent time on phone arguing with the lady about my appointment. And then she gave me a different price. Told me out the door 220 and now are charging me 275 for everything. I had to wait because the window was being shipped from out of town and it’s been 2 weeks. She wouldn’t let me talk. Lack of communication rude and terrible customer service! I’ve been trying to follow up for 2 weeks and now I have to pay more for your failure to get back to me? LOVELY!! But no thanks!

I have a Honda cr-v hybrid 2020 and had to get my windshield replaced. If you a newer vehicle with sensors in your windshield, I would take your car to the dealership. I’m not even sure I’d recommend this place if you don’t have sensors, and here’s why. I got my windshield replaced in august, it took 3-4 hours due to the calibration of the windshield, which was fine. I pick it up and there are broken pieces of glass all over my dash board, so they didn’t bother to clean up after themselves. The following day, I removed the blue tape around my windshield and it left behind a residue on the windshield, which doesn’t come off in the car wash. Over the next couple of days, I noticed a very loud wind noise that I didn’t notice before. I brought it back to them and they said they didn’t seal it properly, so they sealed it and removed the residue from the tape and vacuumed up their mess on my dash board. A couple months later, it starts raining and my automatic windshield wipers aren’t working properly and it wasn’t safe for me to drive in the rain because I couldn’t get my windshield wipers to slow down. I spent time at two dealerships and the second dealership told me to take it back to the glass place and in the future to get my glass replaced at the dealership. I took it back to the glass place for a third time and this time they called me a half hour later and told me nothing was wrong. I assured them something was wrong. 4 hours later I hadn’t heard from them, so I called them and they said my sensor was loose and they had to take apart my rear view mirror to secure it. When I picked my car up there was a dirty paper towel in my cup holder, again leaving a mess behind. My wipers have sense been working, but I wasted over 12 hours of my time at this glass place and at dealerships due to their error. Now I’m just worried what all they messed up with my sensor and if they even secured it properly. Part of me hopes my windshield cracks again so I can get it done correctly at the dealership. I give them 3 stars and not 1, only because of the lifetime warranty, and because Kary was so nice in answering all my questions and keeping me informed on what was happening. Thank you Kary. Unfortunately, unless I have issues with my current windshield again, I won’t ever return to this glass place, nor do I recommend anyone else going here.

5/5 would recommend to anyone who had their car broken into. Their service is quick and easy. Just took 1.5 hours to repair my right passenger window that was broken due to theft. No long waiting list. Literally just called in at 10am, got there at 11:30 and they had it done by 1pm. Very affordable prices - I only paid 120 for a new window. These guys are great! My car's rear windshield got smashed in - i went to some other shops which quoted me $2000 for the replacement. That sounded really high so I called 3 other places including this location - this location had the cheapest price at $895 for the exact same service. Other places I called, quoted me $1165, $1200, and $1300 for the same repair, which means that the rest are overcharging for sure. My insurance worked with this shop and everything was super easy. I was initially nervous with the name of the store (“Low Price” lol) but they had ~270+ 5 star reviews so felt better about going with them. They just finished up and did a spectacular job - you can’t tell that it was broken! The customer service was great too - the guy was super accommodating, even though I asked a million questions lol. Great place, would recommend!
