Kam did a phenomenal job replacing my windshield. He really accommodated my schedule so that we could get my windshield replaced as soon as possible. He arrived on time and finished the work within two hours my car needed a recalibration for the eyesight system. Overall I am very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I called on a Thursday to get the windshield replaced for my 2016 Subaru Forrester at my home. They were able to get the part in by the following Monday. I felt they quoted me a very fair price well under what my deductible would have been for my insurance. (Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover this) They came to my home and replaced the windshield a little over an hour. They were professional, timely and easy to work with. Kam was good about communicating his estimated time of arrival. Found out the car had a dead battery and he willingly hooked up jumper cables to get it started and move it to better position for windshield replacement. Wasn't bothered by my wanting to observe the process. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Work was completed within an hour including the jump start at a reasonable and affordable price. Very professional, quality work and best price! They didn't have my part in stock so Kam ordered it, and within 2 days I had a new mirror. I travel for work, and Kam came out to one of my locations before I even made it there!! He did a great job and made sure everything was working properly before he left. Just WOW! This is the first I've had to have the full windshield replaced due to a severe crack in the upper driver side that was spreading down. I didn't really know what to expect from the process, but Kam was fantastic and made the entire process SO unbelievably easy and convenient.
