Wonderful experience from beginning to end. From Jay who first took my call, and walked me through the insurance procedures, and what I needed to do first, second and last. To Susan who got in touch with me immediately to set up an appointment. She was courteous, patient, and aimed to make me happy. Lastly, Roscoe who installed the windshield. He was professional, knowledgable, and did a fantastic job. I called them on Wednesday, and by Friday afternoon my windshield was fixed. Would highly recommend Mr. Windshield.

Amazing company I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. After getting the run around from Safelite for almost 2 weeks I called Mr. Windshield and not only were they able to get the glass I needed that day, after I was told by multiple other places it would be a week or more, they came the next morning and installed it. They were on time, did an awesome job and took such care with my new Jeep treating it like it was their own car. They even vacuumed out the glass that was still on the floor inside. I will never go anywhere else for glass, it’s good to know there are still good, honest people who will go out of their way to help others.

Great people talked to a wonderful helpful woman on the phone named sue and she made everything hassle free. Had my car scheduled and fixed the next day after I called for the first time. Guy named Rocco came to my job really professional and respectable and replaced my windshield so easily snd took not even 2 mins of my time at work talking to him! I could not be happier with the customer service I received from Mr. Windshield of Clifton Park! My old 1995 Chevy truck windshield broke after being hit with a giant rock. Safelite refused to even touch the truck because of the possibility of rust in the pinch weld and some silicone that was in the gap because the windshield already leaked (my insurance company sent me to Safelite and after a 10 day wait to get an appointment I dropped my truck off the night before, only to be told 4 hours after my appointment was scheduled that they couldn't repair it and maybe someone else can repair it, good luck) I literally called Mr. Windshield on my way to grab my truck Saturday, Susie answered and told me not to worry that they could take care of it. I took a photo of the VIN and emailed it around noon and had an appointment for Tuesday to get it replaced. The technicians here are top notch and they went in and cleaned up the rust and silicone across the pinch weld and put the new glass in. They were able to put my reg and inspection back on windshield and it looks great. I forgot to mention to them that I had a new rearview mirror in the backseat I wanted to install. When I emailed my signed repair order back to them I mentioned it and the technician called me back within 20 minutes to walk me through how to replace it! I will never go to Safelite again, not only is Mr Windshield right around the corner from my house, they have great customer service! I highly recommend them.

My husband's car was hit by a tree branch during a recent storm and the back glass shattered. After calling multiple body shops and being told there were no appointments available for at least a month, we decided to give Mr. Windshield a call, hoping to at least get the window in so he could drive the car until we can get in for the rest of the repair. I called and spoke to Susie in the office and she was amazing. She took all of our info and promised she would track down the replacement window and call back asap. The very next day, she called and said she found the glass and would be able to have her tech out to us later in the week. Rocco showed up first thing this morning and, less than an hour later, he had everything cleaned up and the new glass installed. He was super friendly and did a great job. I can't thank them enough!! Highly recommend them for their fast, professional service but even more so for the friendly, customer-centric team they have there. Excellent Service. My windshield was completely shattered on Sunday. Monday morning I spoke to Mr. Windshield to setup an appointment to get it fixed. They said Wednesday, but maybe sooner if they can get the glass. A couple hours later they asked if they could come out to my home and make the repair (Same Day repair) They stayed late to make it happen that day. We had a slight problem with a wiper sensor (Not their fault), however they made arrangements to come back and fix it the next day.
