Horrible service. Caused more damage for a simple repair. Will be filing a lawsuit. Luckily i videotaped everything from them using crazy glue to glue my door handle on after they broke it (not knowing I videotaped) to wrapping a piece of cord around my window to hold it after causing thousands in damage. Every time I call to speak to the manager or owner they now I’ll pretend they don’t speak English. And say that there’s no manager or owner.

The power window on my car went out. I could not close the window with the power button. I took my car to Mundos Auto Glass and Andy fixed the power window. It works perfctly and I only paid 75.00. He fixed it in just a little over 1 hour. He was very nice. I also got great customer service from Rafael, that provided a receipt with the 3 month product guarantee. I have a truck that needs the windshield replaced and I will definitely return to have it done by Mundos.

Came as a walk in on Tuesday afternoon. My side window motor was broken so my window wouldn't go up or down anymore. They said 1.5-2 hours wait but it was done in 45 minutes. $75 change was very reasonable and now my window works again!PositivePunctuality, Quality, ValueServicesAuto side window replacement

They were really unprofessional with my truck they said they were not responsible if something broke, but if they were working in something, they should try not to break things and they not know much of new vichels. They broke many parts and know my windos don't work.

Extremely UNHAPPY. Same window fell back into door 3x. Once while in the middle of rain. They removed the whole door the second time completely ruining the wiring and then acting as if that didn't cause the panel to malfunction! How when the master panel controls all the others? Lastly, I had to take off work to take it a few days ago. They said they put quote"their best guy" on it. Funny as soon as I left, I noticed the handle was jammed and turned back around (I LIVE 25 MILES AWAY)and at first the guy was jamming a screw driver in it instead of doing it right. Then took the panel off. Now my handle is cracked and chipped and wiggly. I didn't go back again. I also left the window up 4 days and let it down once and there is black glue all over it! It cost $500+ dollars. The owner was like we are humans we make mistakes. 3 times! And caused more damage? Why is it even being glued? Clearly, that is the incorrect way to repair it. I guess I'll go to a dealer so it's done right when I can afford it. Definitely would not recommend it. ps. Now I leave it up but last time it fell and it was up. So it's a matter of time again. And my panel is destroyed which will be hundreds to repair. Update: they ruined my entire door and the electrical system that controls all 4 doors. I didn't bother trying to sue and after more than 5 times of driving to get it fixex over and over I gave up. They never gave me my $500 back and made a simple window coming off track a multi thousand dollar damage. Such horrible service and to this day the owner never gave me a refund. Ruined my expedition.

Worker gave us a diagnose , so we bought the part. Went back he said it was something different. Took him an hour to fix it, however he messed up the window. Now the window rattles when I put it up or down. We went there because the door wouldn’t open from the outside. We’ve been there before and we had good service. When we confronted the manager he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know anything about it. We went back and the young man lasted quite a while to fix something that was not working. So annoying and disappointing. Now he (the young man) said something was broken 😡 it was working perfectly fine till now. To top it off he started working on another car. Unfortunately we had to leave the car there because it was going to take long due to them having to look for the part 😡
