Horrible. I inquired about windshield repair and gave my VIN number to assure correct placement with the windshield repair. The lady assured me she would call me back in 30 minutes. I begged that she let me know b/c I needed to get my windshield repaired because I have kids and work and need to get around. An hour later no call back. I called back and inquired again. At this point, the man told me that the place where they get the windshield replacements was about to close and the lady I had spoken to had the incorrect VIN number. I asked why she hadn't called me right back and let me know. He claimed that she did call me back and left me a message. I assured him that she did not and I was willing to show him my voicemails. (Had she called me back, I could have had the quote right then and there, but she didn't. At this point in time the place where they get the quote/pricing was closing). Anyway, I gave him the VIN number again, he said thats what she had. I then asked him whether she gave the wrong VIN number to the place, and he checked (b/c it was via email), and she did. Simple Human Mistake. (Unlike the failure to call me back). The man told me he'd find out, but if they were closed he would call me first thing in the morning. As you can imagine - no call. I then called and the original lady answered, and began to complain about how busy it was and she was the only one in the shop and how sorry she was, etc etc. I said I completely understand that, but no one even thought to give me a call back. She apologized, I said that's fine, and said look, i just hope that you never run into a situation where you need your car and someone in charge of customer service treats her the way I was treated. I also informed her that I still wanted to speak to the owner and let him know why I would not be willing to go with his company. She said he would call me back because he was not there, but given the track record of the company, I kindly told her, no problem, and that I would also be calling to speak to him personally and asked for his name. Moments later, his wife called me and I explained the situation to her. She had an attitude (as if she was the one wronged), and was very unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for her company's failure to get back to me, she begins to complain about the lack of staff and how the lady I spoke to was the only one in and she didn't have the time to return my call. She then informed me that the man I spoke to the previous night, who assured me a call first thing in the morning, was her husband - the owner. I allowed her to finish her comments/complaints about her own business, and kindly said, ok well if thats the way you are comfortable with running your company, that is totally fine, I just wanted you to be aware of why I was not going to give close to $900 to your company. She then made more excuses, and I allowed her to finish, and said I said, I guess the only thing i can recommend is that you and your husband and/or staff not tell someone you will call them back in 30 min or first thing in the morning if you have no intention of following through. Thats business 101. In short - i'm disgusted with their lack of customer service, and their inability to manage day to day operations to make sure that the customer is satisfied.

We had a nasty crack in our windshield, Honda Pilot. I called our dealer and they recommended MacEntee. Erin was an unbelievable advocate for me, dealing with State Farm to ensure I received an OEM windshield. She also arranged to have the windshield calibrated at the dealer, handled the deductible and all the insurance paperwork. Crazy how much new windshields are (technology) so I was glad to have Erin in my corner to handle everything. You need a repair? Call Erin. She was awesome.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had a rock chip my windshield and, sadly, the first places I called either didn't return my call or couldn't fit me in. I spoke to Mike at Macentee on a Saturday morning and they had a tech in my driveway that afternoon. Frank was very professional, a super nice guy, and the repair was very reasonably priced.

I contacted MacEntee Auto Glass per the recommendation of North Penn Mazda. A windshield replacement was the only option after a crack appeared within a day of something hitting it. The communication with Erin was courteous, professional and caring. They worked with North Penn Mazda to have the windshield installed and the recalibration done while the car was there for service. I could have taken my car to (the location that exists in almost every city) for the replacement but I am very doubtful I would have been given the same care, consideration and perfectionism that MacEntee showed. Thank you so much for your care and consideration!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I needed a windshield replaced due to a stone hitting the windshield. I called MacEntee's, and they were super nice and helpful. They are insurance approved and recommended by my dealership. They did an excellent job with the installation and calibrating the electronics built in to the windshield.
