Amazing Auto Glass Repair Co. is the only company I’ll use from now on. They were the only ones who actually responded to my quote request for a chip repair — and they even offered mobile service, which was super convenient. Honestly, I didn’t think the chip could be fixed. Another place had already told me no. But these guys said they’d at least try — and they did more than try. They got it done! For $95, this was the best money I’ve spent on my car in a long time. Juan was courteous, knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process. Customer service was great! I had called another windshield company first and they wanted me to measure and take pictures and do a lot of work myself before they would even send a before they would really talk to me. Paul at Magic was great. He used my Vin number and was able to ascertain that they had a window for Ford Econoline. And Christian did a great job, replacing the window and went above and beyond! I’m very pleased with this company and will use them again!

I selected this company based on their stellar reviews. Don't opt for their in-office service to save yourself time on the long waiting window when they come to you. Originally, Paul said a tech would be on site when I arrived for my 10am appointment. At 9:55am they said they had just contacted him & he would be in route. At 10:10 another tech entered the office spoke with office lady then left the property. At 10:20 the scheduled tech called me directly, maybe not knowing where to go as I had never given my home address. I let him know I had been waiting at their office. At 10:30 they blamed the tech for not being there rather than taking ownership of over promising their appointments. At 10:40 he arrived to begin the install. Update after owner response- still no ownership only excuses. You could have simply apologized to me directly (but you weren't at work either) for any booking miscommunications rather than calling the tech two times, who already said he was on his way! I never asked the lady for an additional discount, I rather told her the discount had already been applied. Not once did anyone say that your tech had a family emergency or personal delay. Not even the tech when I apologized to him that the office kept calling him. The only thing I was told is that Paul should not have said a firm appointment time, -agreeable yes, but too late for that. Your tech tried to say my plastic/ fiberglass exterior finishing was already damaged but then couldn't zoom in on the before pictures he took. Then after I had already drove away, I found smeared black tar chunks (window sealant) in my cup holders. Three stars is being generous at this point.

5 star work! A rock unfortunately chipped my windshield and the spiderweb cracks started to take off. Price shopped and Magic Windshield had the best price! They were also quick to get in touch with me, set up my appointment ASAP, listen to my concerns, and got my Windshield replaced in the right time frame to need to use my car for my son. Derrick called me first thing to confirm my appointment and go over details and continued to be reachable. And Gerardo came out and did the install. Windshield looks fantastic! Friendly company and very professional. I would recommend and will use them in the future (hopefully much further out future) Thank you again for the quality work!

I contacted Magic Windshields for a windshield replacement on my 2025 BMW IX, providing my VIN and discussing the vehicle's advanced safety features and heads-up display. I received a written quote via email for $1775.61, which included the glass, calibration of the camera and safety systems, and free mobile service. This price seemed reasonable, and the quote specifically acknowledged my vehicle details. However, when the technician arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was informed that the price would actually be $3200, nearly double the quoted amount. This contradicted the initial quote and the prior discussion where they confirmed they could handle the replacement for my specific vehicle with its features at the quoted price. This drastic and unexpected price increase upon arrival is unacceptable and feels like a misleading business practice. It resulted in wasted time and significant frustration. The discrepancy between the detailed quote and the price demanded on-site is a major issue. I cannot recommend Magic Windshields based on this experience.

Magic Windshields did an amazing job with replacing our windshield! The technician, Cal, was very efficient and had amazing service! We had a great experience from the first time calling for a quote all the way to getting our windshield replaced. I also want to emphasize how this amazing company honored their word when we first called for a quote. We were shopping around before we settled on a company and when we called back to set up an appointment, they gave us a bit of a higher price but we mentioned how our previous phone call with the original quote and they stayed true to their word . I recommend this company to anyone as they have amazing service, work efficiently and it’s a bonus that they are able to travel to your house or apartment to get the job done!
