Very friendly and professional. They did an awesome job replacing my windshield. I was impressed that they vacuumed my car. It looked like a new car. I would recommend Mandan Auto Glass.

These guys are great. Fabulous service and installation of my windshield. Cheaper than online even; and that itself is enough to keep customers happy. But service was quick and they are good guys!!

Brought our vehicle in to get a new windshield in April, after it was fixed there were multiple scratches on the dash by the glass and we found it had a large seal leak after we finally took it on the interstate as this is a mostly in town vehicle. I called them and they said to bring it back in to see if more adhesive would take care of it but the leak remained. They ordered a new windshield and we came in again to get it replaced. After picking it up, the interior of the car had black garbage by the drivers door, by the shifter and the dash was scratched even more by the windshield. Little bits of black adhesive ALL over the vehicle and glass shards in the door jam. It took us 45 minutes to vacuum the vehicle. Annoying, but our windshield was fixed, or so we thought. Two weeks later my wife went to adjust her rear view mirror and it broke off and large shards of glass from the windshield came off with it. Called yet again same day (Thursday) and needed another windshield but this time we left our vehicle there so we didn’t have to make yet another trip to Mandan. A week (7 nights parked in their lot) goes by and I call to see if it’s done and it is. We go pick it up on a Thursday at noon and pray we are done with all of this. I get in and noticed a child’s COVID mask from the center console in the cupholder and our windshield hammer from the drivers door is on the passenger seat, “weird, why would you need to access these places and then leave the items out,” I thought. Whatever though, drove the car home and that’s where it remained. Next day (Friday) my wife went to go grab some reusable bags from the trunk, but the cooler we store them in was gone. That’s when we came to the realization that someone stole our belongings from our vehicle. Our jumper cables, cooler, bags, and all of our items in the center console (except for a child’s COVID mask) were all gone. Someone rummaged through our vehicle and now it made sense why the mask and windshield hammer were in the seat when we picked it up, it was because someone had gone through our car in that week it was at their shop. Called immediately on Monday to see if they had cameras to catch them (nope), they assured us they lock the vehicles, though no sign of forced entry, and also to top it all off they are not liable for vehicles or items on their property, according to them. Stated they felt bad and would talk with the team and get back to us. That was Monday, it’s now Friday and zero response. Since then, we have filed a police theft report but we know those items are never going to be found. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. Can’t recommend enough to stay away.

Put in a windshield that had waves in glass and it leaked around outside seal. Took out and put bunch of extra caulking instead of replacing seal and accused me of switching windshield with a defective windshield and did not replace defective glass. YOU could have fixed it when I was at your establishment the same time you accused me of swapping the windshield and trying to take advantage of you. Poor choice on your part accusing me of what you did to me.

We put up with a noisy windshield on our Lincoln for three years after having it replaced by a recommended shop referred to us by the Lincoln dealership. Finally needed it replaced last week and locals said us Mandan Auto Glass. Yeah, we can report it is nice and quiet again! Thank you.

Called the shop at open and they were able to have me just pop in (appointments usually). 20mins later I am on my way, and it’s the long way back to Center since 25 is freshly chipped the whole way from the interstate. Appreciate you helping this ND-expat on a road trip last-minute!
