Not a reliable source for window repair. Btand new window switch stop working correctly days after they claim to fix it. It worked when it wanted and just went out completely yesterday. Now all of a sudden I have electrical problems when I call the office to get it fixed properly. Don't go here find another shop.

This place is a joke. Their warranty is a joke. Brought 2 of my vehicles in, tryin to give them a chanc. I also, sent these jokers 4 people over to get their windows done after I had mine done. After 1month, 2 of my windows had bubble that eventually from rolling up & down, the bubble from the tint had peeled off. Carlos wife said I scratched it off. Why the h#ll would I want to scratch off my own tint that I spent $250 dollars on. So, I am a truck driver, I can not come out right away(hence why it was almost a month later) because when I am home from being over the road, they're closed. I am only home 1 day a week in which is on Sundays. I took today off(*in which lost a days worth of pay) in order to bring in my vehicle. When I came in, the wife(she is the one who checks everyone in.) She said, there nothing they can do because I didnt have my receipt. Well, I trustd their work, I didnt expect this to happen so soon, so I didnt think to keep up w/the receipt. Again, I "Trusted" their work. So, I said ok, & left. A few days later, I brought in my 2nd vehicle, again, because I am loyal to my peoples businesses & decided to have them do my other vehicle. I spoke w/Carlos, the husband/owner & he said "Ok", bring the other vehicle in & we will redo the other 2 windows. He even added on my new vehicles receipt, my 1st vehicle they completd & was happy to add it(again, when his wife was not there in his face). Again, I am a loyal individual to "my peoples" businesses. I askd to please have the worker add more adhesive or whatever it was to keep or prevent it from being removed. Rolling your windows up & down "should be" covered by warranty(Its obviously Not). I mean, what the h3ll do they issue out a warranty for then? Hello?. So I had seen a younger looking (*about 15-16yr old*) young kid about to do my windows. It was about 2:45pm & they close @4pm. When I got my 2nd vehicle back, I said ok & left. About less than an hour later, I still see my whole windshield has bubbles, so I returnd but they were closed. So then I called them & left a Vmssg about what was goin on. They textd me back & said I can return anothr day. So I did the next day. Carlos tells me, "Well you mustve had your air condition on, I said "No", I did not(*he was tryin to make an excuse for my 2nd car) He then told me to wait another 5 days until it dries. I said ok. So I am still waitin 3 days later & still has bubbles. So am being patient. Now, since he told me I can bring in my 1st vehicle that they did, I brought it in a few days later. So,I bring it in, give them my receipt, tell the front desk lady(Carlos wife) & she tells me, "Ok, show me", as if she didnt believe me. So I show her, thats when she insinuates that I scratched it. You can Clearly see it was a bubble that never dried & so it peeled off from still being wet. She says "No" & argues back & forth & I'm telling her , why would I lie, theres no need. So she then goes to carlos, has a chat w/him & then all of a sudden, Carlos(*after a chat w/the wife, she convincd him to change his mind) Carlos comes w/a changed attitude & says "oh, we can not do it because its not peeld." Hello! Its only been less than a month & from the bubbld tint they left, you can obviously see it peeled off, youre telling me you can not replace the window?! Are you kidding me?! What the h3ll do I look like scratching on my own window like some dog. It is clearly due to bubbles being left from their incompetent work. Again, I am an over the road truck driver & haven't been in Illinois to take it in. So when I had the chance before it got later in the length of time, I came as soon as I could. So now as for my 2nd vehicle, Im still waitin for the bubbles to dry. I have had my windws lightly tintd on my 2nd vehicle before & the tint was dry the same day & nevr had a problem w/it peelin, bubblin or comin off. I shouldve went back to the other guy because I had that tintd 4yrs ago & is still in tact but I decided to go much darker & to go somewhere closer to my home.BIGmistake.Want QualityWork DontGo Here.NoBusinessIntegr

Had my car tinted here. On the first trip they damaged my door panels. They ended up replacing one of them because it was so bad. I was pretty cool about it when I shouldn't have been since it was a new car. Well I never lowered the windows and realized the day after bubbles in the tint. Went back to have them redo it. They weren't happy about that because they thought I lowered the windows. I left there and once again, still more bubbles. I went back and they handled the situation horribly. They decided to take them off and return my money. I lost in this whole ordeal because one of my panels was still slightly damaged and the a-holes left all the glue from the tint on my back window. That cost me money and a lot of effort to remove. I still haven't gotten most of it off in fear I will damage the defroster strips. Their problem is that they work in a VERY dark environment. How do you expect to prefect a job if you can't even see??? Like others I went here because they were the cheapest around, now I see why. You get what you pay for. Avoid this place at all costs if you want quality work.

Tried to charge me double the price because it was a luxury car. Called around 5 other shops all said between 170-190. They were charging me double...400. So I asked them to explain to me whats so difficult to justify the price. My motto is... if it can be justified it can be modified then I would have no problem paying double. No one wanted to explain why the price was double. I was told the owner makes the prices. The workers had attitudes... I'm good love.... the area, the building, the people doesn't make me wanna spend double at this establishment. I'd probably would've did it with good customer service. But the guy handed my key back so petty, I'll never come back to this place.
