I recently had a problem closing the sunroof of my Acura. I sought the assistance of several mechanics and auto body shops and even you tube videos to correct the problem, but to no avail. I took my car to Master Glass in Weymouth, MA and thanks to the wonderful people there, namely Luciana who was unbelievably helpful and David, the technician, the problem was solved in about 45 minutes. A tiny rock was stuck in the glides of the sunroof and David using his common sense and mechanical skills was able to dislodge it. I couldn’t believe it! Furthermore, Luciana suggested the service was free, but I couldn’t agree to that after spending all day with other shops and dealerships, etc. Luciana finally agreed and charged me a minimal “diagnostic” fee (as compared to an $1100 tear down estimate from the Acura dealer). My problem was solved! In today’s economy where many big business disguise their greed through finely appointed (you pay for) waiting rooms and coffee stations, I could not be more appreciative and thankful for the terrific customer service at Master Glass in Weymouth and the common sense skills of David who saved me thousands of dollars! Acura should be ashamed and Master Glass should be congratulated. Needless to say, I, completely recommend Master Glass to other vehicle owners for their skills and tremendous customer service. I went to Weymouth Glass after waiting for over a month for the installer affiliated with my insurance company (Safelite) to get an OE windshield for my new car. I had been told the glass was on backorder. I called the dealership to verify the glass status and was referred to Weymouth Glass - and wow am I glad they referred me. Weymouth Glass had me in for installation of a brand new OE windshield two days later. As I waited for the installation, which took an hour including camera realignment, I overheard similar stories from other customers dealing with the same former installer. The process to get a referral from Safelite to my own chosen installer (Weymouth Glass) was easy - I just had to tell Safelite who I chose, upload a few pictures via smartphone, and wait about 4 hrs for the claim to be cleared and transferred. I was nervous at first but glad I took those few extra steps. I had a great experience at Weymouth Glass while at the same time supported a local business with a great product, process, and work ethic. Thank you Weymouth Glass!

I recently had my windshield replaced on my 1999 Volvo S70 here at Master Auto Glass. I specifically wanted a Pilkington windshield, as they are the original OEM supplier of Volvo windsheilds and are much higher quality than the less expensive Fuyao windsheilds. When I called Master Glass with this request, they delivered on it! Other places I had called said they could only get their hands on aftermarket, and this proved that the other places just wanted to save money. The lady I talked to on the phone was extremely kind and helpful, walking me through the process of dealing with my insurance company. The service was quick, only taking a little over an hour. The installation has held up well, I haven’t noticed any leaking at all. I highly recommend Master Glass for your windshield replacement!

After a stone kicked up on the highway and cracked my windshield, I took it to get it fixed by another business, but that company’s newly replaced windshield started to crack within about a week after they installed it. So, after that previous bad experience, I sought out another business for a windshield replacement. Based on the glowing reviews for Master Glass I decided to give them a try. Now I’m adding to the glowing reviews! WOW WOW WOW!!! Master Glass is absolutely top-notch in customer service, from the gracious gentleman who scheduled my appointment quickly and seamlessly, to the most helpful insurance representative who took the time to explain to me the claims process, to the 2 repairmen who made the service call and went above and beyond excellent service in not only replacing the windshield so quickly but cleaning out my dusty car to boot! I can’t say enough about how great this business is. I absolutely highly recommend Master Glass for their unparalleled, 5 star customer service!

What fantastic staff here. Luciana who spoke with me over the phone helped me with such grace and attention. She made the process very smooth for me and even worked with me to change my appointment last minute for a situation out of my control. Sandy was helpful too, very pleasant greeting at the storefront. Matt the glass technician was so professional, respectful, and nice. They're lucky to have him as an employee. They replaced my driver's rear quarter panel. They were able to get the part within just a week or so, when I had called another company 1st before Master glass, they had told me not for over 2 months possibly and it was very difficult to ever speak directly with a "real" person and when I did, it was someone new each time and I had to repeat my story over again. Just a bit frustrating. Master Glass is local to me, just 10 min away, but even if they weren't, I'd drive far to come here, if for some reason in the future I would need their service again.

Highly recommend! Genuinely kind staff! My rear window shattered called AAA which referred me to a different company who wouldn't be able to replace the window for 7 days and was expensive. A friend who works for a local dealership as a mechanic recommended Master Auto Glass to me. I called and Lucianna was exceptional and was able to give me a more reasonable price than the other company. She was able to get the glass delivered and installed by 9am the next day so I would be able to get to work. I voiced my concern for driving with the glass being so broken and she gave me 4 different options on how to cover the area to be able to safely drive it to the shop. When I picked up my car each employee I interacted with was very kind and professional. I was given advice to double check the dog hammock to make sure there weren't any small pieces of glass that might have gotten embedded in the fabric even though it looked like all the glass had been cleaned up.ServicesAuto rear window replacement
