The title of “Master” is well deserved for these guys. I’m currently restoring my 1994 K5 Blazer sport. This thing is my baby. I first had these guys replace my windshield at the beginning of the summer. They did such a great job that I returned with the truck a second time after discovering the source of the leaking I was having. The seal on the driver side rear window was shot. Not only did they take special care to remove the almost 30 year old window without breaking it, they also cured all the rust cancer that was hiding behind it. Good for another 30 years! And for a fair price. I highly recommend this business and these people. They are the best.

I selected this shop and dealt with Fabian who handled the windshield install. Only reason I went here was based solely on the reviews of this shop. My experience with the workmanship and quality of the windshield install does not reflect the reviews posted here. I went through my insurance and requested an OEM windshield, so there would be no fitment issues. Now the install that Fabian handled, is substandard at best. First off later the same day after getting my truck home, I noticed a bunch of issues. The windshield trim is noticeable unaligned on the driver and passenger sides. There is windshield glue squeezing out on the inside of the driver side plastic A pillar trim. The trim that covers the mirror mount was not installed properly. The wires for my dash cam were pinched under my TSS cover, again I removed the cover and rerouted the wiring. He also left his harbor freight ratchet in my cupholder. Didnt clip my hood prop back in place under the hood. Just plain sloppy work to be honest.. The biggest problem I had is the windshield is not set in the frame correctly. On the passenger side its not flush and there is a 1/4 inch gap, the driver side is flush. After seeing this I water tested the windshield and its leaking pretty bad. Checked with a hose, it's leaking like there's no seal. Never had any leaks on my truck, until this guy Fabian touched it. When I picked up my truck, I asked Fabian if they water test and he says to me that they're so confident in their work , they don't water test any windshields. Well you probably should start doing that since you delivered my truck back to me with the brand new windshield leaking. I've already had DCH Freehold Toyota remove and install a new windshield, no more leaks- $1700 out of pocket. Lesson learned on my part. ****Fabian in response to reaching out to you, I messaged you on the same phone # we were talking back and forth on since DAY 1 of my insurance referral request. Also I messaged you the same day of the install voicing my issues and never heard anything back. Being a "Car guy" after getting my truck back like this , I was not confident in having you "Warranty" a job that should of been done clean and proper from the start.

Same day response when I emailed regarding quotes for a windshield replacement on my Jeep. I shopped around for other quotes in the area and nobody beat the price I was getting with Master Auto Glass. I booked an appointment - they only ask for at least 24 hours in advance, they followed up several times leading up to my appointment date. They would have came out and did the installation, but the weather did not allow that option, which was fine with me. I arrived, they took my car immediately and showed me inside where they had a waiting area with coffee, water and a tv. Not even 35 minutes later my car was done! New windshield and quick service. Thanks so much Master Auto Glass!PositiveQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had a large crack in my windshield on the driver's side on my Toyota Corolla, at least ten inches long. Stopped in the Long Branch office of Master Auto Glass (NOTE: Google address of Tinton Falls is incorrect. Owner says he is having difficulty getting Google to make the correction. Shop is in Long Branch on South 7th Street.) The owner is very personable, examined the crack, took my information and arranged for someone to come to my home the next day and do the repair. Only downside was that the technician arrived later than expected due to a heavy workload, but as I wasn't going anywhere, it was not a big deal. Both the owner and the technician apologized for the delay, and it was all good. Fabian, the technician, obviously knows his trade, and the windshield was replaced in less than half an hour. The price was $100+ less than the quote I got from another, larger auto glass shop. I would definitely recommend this business with the caveat that you allow for flexibility in the scheduled time.PositiveQuality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had a great experience with Mirror Glass Company! Amury, the secretary, was incredibly sweet and made the whole claim process a breeze. I was a bit nervous about how it would go, but she made everything smooth, quick, and stress-free—from handling the paperwork to scheduling my appointment. Rodrigo was also amazing. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand what it would take to install the windshield. He was professional, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I’m really happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Mirror Glass Company to my friends and family.

I was disappointed. The quality of work was adequate but sloppy. There was no final clean up and broken glass was left on car seat. Parts were not reinstalled and lost that I then had to source and purchased for $20. I found other parts under my car in my driveway that I'm unsure what they are for. I was given a cash quote that was less than the credit card amount. I paid in cash but not given the discount. They were great communicating prior to sale but I have had zero success afterwards to address my issues. They also appear to have blocked my phone number. All this leads me to question their commitment to quality workmanship. Update: Several days latter Rock texted me indicating he was trying to reach me to address my concerns and I invited him to do so. Over a week later no replies. Rock did finally reach out about 3 weeks later and refunded the difference in price. He offered to send a tech to replace lost parts but by that time I had done so myself. There was also a request to change my review however the money was only a small part of it.
