Matrix Auto Glass

Got an older Volvo that needs repair? Call Matrix Auto Glass! I have a 1994 Volvo 945t 288,000 miles that needed a driver side quarter window replaced. Safelite quoted me $575 but called me 1 hour later saying they couldn't find the glass, suggested I call Dealer so I did and the Dealer quoted $500 just for the glass! I remembered a place in Tucson so I gave them a call and Rod quoted me $250 out the door! I even live 330 miles away from Tucson but made the trip spent the night got the car the next morning and it still was cheaper and even found a good Japanese restaurant. The service was great, drove me to my hotel and back. Rod and Charlie were great and very helpful. I even asked them for a minor tune up (8000 miles past due) and they said only thing needed to replace was the spark plugs. Honest People!

Wanted some window tinting and honestly picked Matrix strictly out of convenience. Couldn't be happier I did. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Made an appt for 8 when they open, they have me a ride back to my house, picked me up and brought me back to the store. Prices are reasonable and workmanship is excellent. I needed the car back by a specific time so I did rush them a bit. By their own admission they weren't really happy with how the back window came out, they gave me the option of leaving it for a discount or having them redo it. I like these guys and definitely recommend Matrix for your car's windows.

Man I don't even know where to begin! Matrix Auto Glass & Tint is truly a blessing. From the moment I walked in Charlie literally treated me like family! He was very courteous and helpful from the start. As a matter of fact he contacted my insurance and they wanted me to wait to inspect the chip on my window and he told my insurance not to worry that he would make it right because of my situation. Definitely will be doing all my future window repairs/replacements there. Highly recommended!!!

These guys are awesome. Broke the rear glass on my truck and I saw their reviews so I chose them. They set up a call with my insurance and I had an appointment to have it fixed immediately. I chose to wait there while they did it and they were so nice! They set up their TV and let me watch a movie while I waited. Oh, and they did an excellent job with the window. They had to replace the whole rear assembly and it looks factory, only now it has better tint! Had the rear glass installed on my Grand Prix 2+2 Aero Coupe. Charlie and Rod were very punctual and easy to talk to. When I called, Rod was informative and knowledgeable about my rare trim package. To top it all off they were willing to do the job in my driveway the same day. Charlie showed up on time and was pleasant. Rod showed up to help and even though it is a unique glass install they had it fitted and installed within 1 hour. Looks better then the way they where installed from the factory! Would recommend anybody for their glass needs. I plan on using Matrix for all my glass needs from now on.
