My experiance at Matrix Auto Glass was by far one of the best ever, I mean customer service was pristine, they made sure the environment was safe and confortable, providing bottled water, and having no one else but me in the lobby, (COVID 19 safe) they handled business in a very profesional and timely manner yet it felt as if I was with family. These guys are awesome. Broke the rear glass on my truck and I saw their reviews so I chose them. They set up a call with my insurance and I had an appointment to have it fixed immediately. I chose to wait there while they did it and they were so nice! They set up their TV and let me watch a movie while I waited. Oh, and they did an excellent job with the window. They had to replace the whole rear assembly and it looks factory, only now it has better tint! Wanted some window tinting and honestly picked Matrix strictly out of convenience. Couldn't be happier I did. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. Made an appt for 8 when they open, they have me a ride back to my house, picked me up and brought me back to the store. Prices are reasonable and workmanship is excellent. I needed the car back by a specific time so I did rush them a bit. By their own admission they weren't really happy with how the back window came out, they gave me the option of leaving it for a discount or having them redo it. I like these guys and definitely recommend Matrix for your car's windows.

Highly recommend this shop! About an hour west of El Centro, CA, at 10:30 am, my wife gets hit by a rock and shatters the windshield. I call multiple auto glass shops in Tucson, AZ, in an attempt to have the windshield replaced while traveling through. After multiple failed attempts, either because the windshield is unavailable or the techs are booked, Matrix Auto Glass & Tint saved the day. Charlie and a second associate (I apologize for not remembering your name) were quick to answer the call, find my windshield, answer all my questions, and make themselves available to replace my wife’s windshield. He even offered to stay late to help her out. Once my wife arrived (3:15 pm), they insisted on driving her to a local restaurant while she waited. After less than an hour, the Jeep windshield replacement was done and they picked her up. My wife and I are extremely impressed with their service and highly recommend this shop. My wife also added that they were complete gentlemen when greeting her, insisting on transportation to the restaurant, and by opening and closing her vehicle door. On a side note for all Jeep owners, Matrix Auto Glass & Tint offers a Gorilla glass for jeeps. Our Geico auto insurance covered the replacement as long as I paid my deductible. The cost of the gorilla windshield was the same as if I replaced it with the original glass. The Gorilla glass (Mopar part) also includes the gorilla and original jeep emblem. The insurance premium is not affected because you are not considered at fault for rock chips or cracks.

It’s rare that you find a shop that really prides itself in its work like Matrix does. My 2012 Subaru was in a decrepit condition, the tint was as bubbly as grandma’s soup (that’s not an analogy but it should be). They stripped it, fixed jt, and it looked brand new. During the course of the repair they realized my door wasn’t rolling down… they fixed that too (at a great price). Then on final inspection they saw my windshield was cracked… yep fixed that too. Plus, I got to meet Charles, the owner, and his son- this is a family business, run by a great guy.

Man I don't even know where to begin! Matrix Auto Glass & Tint is truly a blessing. From the moment I walked in Charlie literally treated me like family! He was very courteous and helpful from the start. As a matter of fact he contacted my insurance and they wanted me to wait to inspect the chip on my window and he told my insurance not to worry that he would make it right because of my situation. Definitely will be doing all my future window repairs/replacements there. Highly recommended!!!
