I live 2 minutes from safelite. My wife’s windshield got a crack on the way home from a tournament, so she made an appointment with safelite. I’m a fan of small businesses so I called Matt’s he quoted me 280 or 290 vs safelite at 308 so his prices are actually better. My gripe is I work third I told him that on the phone I also own multiple vehicles so I’m not sure if he thought I was awake or had guest but our conversation consisted of does anyone need to be present or what not etc he said no none of that matters. Well day of service was today he shows up bangs on the door wakes me up while I’m sleeping after I just welded all night, my son who just had acl surgery answers the door deals with him then after I struggle to fall back asleep approximately 1 hour later which is another good thing he is quick I get awoken to him banging on the door again. If I tell you I’m sleeping for work on third shift and you confirm no one needs to be around why are you waking me up and dragging my son out of bed when he’s supposed to be resting his knee.NegativeProfessionalism, Value

The BEST Auto Glass in York !!!! I called Matt mid morning and he did some research to find the passenger side window we needed in a 2003 Toyota Corolla. Matt called back a few hours later and I missed the call so he continued to call back until I was able to answer which impressed me since other companies will just call once and if you don't answer they ignore you. Anyway he came out after the car was back from work at 5 p.m. and had the window replaced in a half hour. Matt and Zack are very personable and professional and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. The service was extraordinary!! It was very cold that day. 20 degrees and windy.. And neither of them complained about anything. Just did a great job. I will recommend them to anyone needing Auto Glass. Matt says he has been in business for 11 years and the only way you last that long is by giving great service and having good prices. Thankyou Matt !!

Had called Safelite several times. Couldn't get real person to help me.all automated then when I finally was able to get person to schedule an appt. They said their system was down to call back tomorrow this went on for about a week and a half. I was frustrated called Matt's auto glass they answered my call scheduled appt, came out to my house , charged me less for chip in windshield, and did an amazing job all within extremely short amount of time.Veryvfriendly,

Called around for a new windshield Matt's auto was the best deal, on top of that he was very accommodating in regards to my schedule. He was very responsive to me calling him and setting up an appointment. Once at the appointment they gave me tips on how to tell if a windshield is done correctly. They were very quick and also took their time to clean up around them. I drive a Jeep so having a cracked windshield is nothing new to me, and if it happens again I'm calling Matt's to replace it. My kiddo's ball hit a neighbor's windshield. You feel awful when that happens right. Wait till you hear the kid's punishment. It's a bad feeling. I wanted to make it right. And fast! I told the neighbor I would have it all taken care of right away (with no plan on how I was going to make that happen). I found Matt's Auto Glass and hoped he did on-site. I sent an inquiry, he responded nearly immediately. He does on-site! Great. We set a day. I go tell my neighbor the great news. No downtime to be without their vehicle or sitting around waiting somewhere. Then I come to find out the car won't be in the neighborhood at the time. Matt's Auto Glass was able to accommodate and do the repair where it was parked a couple miles away at the neighbors employer. 10 Stars Matt's Auto Glass. The only thing that could have gone better was that my son didn't break the glass in the first place. But I'm glad they were there since that did happen. So, what's his punishment? No punishment. Glass cost was $318. (great price btw). He can go outside and play with friends just as soon as he buys a ticket to do so. Ticket Price? $318. (of course I'm going to give him the pathway to earn the money, but he doesn't know that.) Kids. What can you do?

Called Matt and asked for a quote on replacing my daughter's windshield. Quoted an excellent price, came out a week later and installed the window in my driveway. Started raining a bit and he covered the car with a canopy. Very professional, so when you decide on getting a new windshield, no matter who your insurance company recommends, call Matt!
