These guys are the best and the most reasonable with price - out of 5 places I called in west Columbia. They come to you. They were on time, very efficient and super professional and polite. They went above and beyond by draining the water from all four car doors even though it had nothing to do with the job they came to do. They even educated me on how to properly drain the water in the future. They did an awesome job on my windshield and quarter window. Do not go any where else for glass repairs and replacement. These folks are the best. Even the person who provides the estimates via phone/text was very energetic and polite. This company definitely deserves 5 stars. My windshield was cracked and they came out fast and got it replaced. I attempted to change my rear view mirror myself and pulled to hard and cracked it from the inside the same day they replaced it, I immediately called back and they came out the next day. This was my 2nd time having to replace the windshield on a 2010 truck. Both times, from setting up the appointment to completion, a super professional job! Customer service here is, without a doubt, 100% the best! Installation was perfect & fast, in my front yard. I hope I never need to use them again but interstate travels to work and back... I probably will. Midstate Auto Glass is the only business I'll use or recommend for windshield replacement. Thank you folks!!

If your considering having your windshield replaced for any reason, highly HIGHLY recommend this company. Skip the chain companies and go local. The work is very timely and clean. The price is unbeatable and appointments are easy to get. I was able to get a quote with a few pieces of information and was able to set up an appointment next day. They came to our house and work was done in about and 30m-hour.

Great service, I cannot believe how amazing this place is. I'm serious. I had a check engine light come on after they changed my windshield, no fault of theirs, and Andrew came right out, hooked up the scanner to see what code it was, and showed me what was up. They definitely did not have to take their time and come all the way back out to Gaston, but they did. I have not seen customer service like this in a long time. I asked yesterday a good reliable trustworthy mobile company for windshield replacement. Got references to two companies. Safelite and Midstate auto glass. Got appt next day. From mid-state. Safelite could not fit in till sat. And I would have to go in at safelite. MidState came to me no addl charge! MID-STATE auto glass. THEY WENT BEYOND. Fast, polite. And dang Good work and also 150 less then quote from safelite. Thank you mid-state!!
