This shop gave me the ABSOLUTE BEST service I’ve ever experienced in years! Detailed information was given to me in advanced along with price, installation was quick and LOOKS AMAZING!! Allison is who helped me through the entire process (from calling me back to explaining parts/price/labor/alternatives etc…) SHE GAVE ME THE BEST AUTO-RELATED EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD!!! My review 4 years ago, when I gave them 5 stars: Mike and his staff were great — the perfect combination of professional and friendly. I will use them from now on! As of today, 1/27/25: Sadly, I've changed it to 2 stars. Here's why ... I encouraged my husband to use Mike's when filling out the claims form for a windshield because I had two super experiences -- and they came to my office to change my windshield the last time. This time -- when it was too late to change -- they informed him he'd have to bring his car to the shop. When he arrived, he had to wait for the windshield to be picked up from the supplier (despite having an appointment). Then, when they were finally finished, he couldn't leave because another tech had pulled a pickup in behind his car and had already removed its windshield, which for some reason meant they couldn't move the truck. Anyway, he had no time to stop for lunch. He had to rush back to the office as he was already really late! I feel awful I suggested he use them. Not sure what has happened since my last visit, but we won't be back. Not unless things change drastically.ServicesAuto windshield repair

They gave me the best quote around, so much cheaper than Safelite. I also had my windshield replaced by Safelite 4 years ago and the tech told me I didn't have a heated windshield and I was like, ok. I didn't know any different. Mike replaced my windshield today after a foreign object hit the corner and caused multiple cracks which quickly spread all the way across my windshield. He (Mike) informed me that my windshield actually was heated and that whomever replaced it the last time actually cut the plug wire that heated my windshield. He fixed it at no extra cost to me and the job was done in a speedy fashion and it was a great experience all the way around. I was really traumatized from getting my windshield replaced at ANOTHER shop in Montgomery in the summer of 2023. They ruined my dashboard, stained my light interior and it took a total of 2 weeks for completion. I went to Mikes auto glass and I will recommend to all! I called on Monday and they offered me a next day appointment. They said it would only take about an hour and it took about 2 hours, but I had no problem with that. Usually car shops take forever, but they were quick and swift. The front desk woman was professional and kind and the mechanic was also nice as well. Only thing I wish I would’ve been informed of was that there was a 3% credit card usage charge. I would’ve brought cash, instead of getting charged additional $20. Other than that, they did an amazing job, very quickly. And no damages to my interior!

I got my windshield replaced few months back on my 2017 Honda Accord Touring. He replaced it at a very affordable price. However adaptive cruise control, lane departure, and other sensing system were working abnormally. I speak with Mr Mike and he offered to return my money back or pay for resetting the camera sensing system. He was very polite and professional in every way. His wife was very sweet lady. They have the best service! They had put in my windshield in 10-15 mins. It looked absolutely perfect. I highly recommend if you have broken/crack windshield. They very reasonable in cost and have absolutely fast service. Good people overall and would definitely do business in the future. Ashish Patel

We were vacationing in Orange Beach from Michigan when our windshield was destroyed in a hail storm. Being the weekend all the glass repair shops were closed. We called Mikes on our way out of town on Monday and they were able to squeeze us into their busy schedule right away. They did a great, professional job and everyone in the office was extremely nice. They even offered to let my family of 7 hang out in their break room while they did the job. My wife and I could not say more great things about this business. They made a bad experience (the weather) better.
