What a great experience! From the time I walked in until the time I left. Juan and his team took amazing care of not only my vehicle but myself as well! I thank Miracle for their hospitality and timely service. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30am and they honored the designated time with absolutely no wait time! Truly some of the best professionals in the game! Extremely fair pricing and great quality. They are definitely my first option anytime I need their services moving forward!

So glad I found this shop! I called and spoke with Juan about needing to replace a shattered rear passenger window. His quote was incredibly reasonable AND he was able to get my truck in very quickly. He told me the replacement would take about an hour, which I was completely fine with. His repair technician, however, had my window fully replaced and the glass remnants vacuumed up in 26 minutes! Unbelievable customer service, amazing turn around time & pricing, clean and comfortable waiting room. I hope to not be in the position of needing another vehicle window replaced but if I am, I know exactly who to call. Thank you Juan & team!

I got my windshield replaced here, and they did a great job! I called and was able to get a next day appointment easily. Juan was very kind and helpful. I had a work meeting during the appointment time, and Juan allowed me to take my meeting in the break room of the shop, which was very helpful! Great customer service, and fast work. My new windshield looks great so far!

Returned to Miracle Auto Glass Center (Poss Rd) due to my 1st experience 10 months ago. Needed my driver door window fixed as it fell while rolling it up and wouldn't go up at all. It was later in the day when I called but Juan had a time for me early the next day and even allowed me to drop my vehicle the day before as I didn't want to leave it "open" at home. Juan was once again very patient and informative, gave me pricing for possible options/scenarios, and I did not feel pressured to use their services. He called the next morning to inform me what was needed and get my go ahead to do the work. They had my issue corrected in less then an hour and informed me right away. Juan has done it again and I will continue to go to him and his team for all my glass needs!!! Continue to highly recommend!! Thank You Very Much Juan!!!
