I am debating with myself whether they deserve 4 or 5 stars. Maybe somewhere in between. Although I did not get the answer I wanted(which I learned was unrealistic), I got the information I needed. An answer to the question of what I should do. He told me an 'Auto Parts' store was probably the cheapest route for me to take to get my problem solved. Thank you for the honesty.

Made an appointment for Thursday 8-12pm ; even after a confirmation phone call regarding to my appointment, they call me the day of to tell me it’s for Friday. I had called out of work to be here. I had such a positive experience with this company. The representative was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was such a blessing being able to find Mobile Auto Glass of Hempstead. I saved upwards of $60+ compared to other glass companies and the whole windshield replacement took less than a half an hour. They even came to meet me on public street parking as I am just passing through the area. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking for glass replacement.

They give a fake price and add on charges. On glass net the price was 206 when the bill can it turned out to be 250 with out tax. i called before and ask is that the price that i will have to pay at the end and they said the price on the website is the price you will pay.
