Just took my 2001 Honda Accord in today to replace the front windshield so I can pass NYS inspection. I worked with Bill; the courtesy and professionalism that he shows his clients is truly outstanding. Bill was able to schedule my appointment within a very reasonable time frame at 9am and had me out the door in just one hour with a brand new windshield. I got several prices from other companies like Safelite and was quoted over $300 for a new windshield on this old beater Honda of mine. BIll gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the job that was within my expectation. It's so great to have a local repair shop close to home that is honest and fair, something that is seemingly difficult to find now days in any line of work or service. I plan on taking my 350z in for some very minor interior electrical stuff I need done soon and certainly recommend Mobile Auto Glass for any glass, tint, or electronics!!!

I’ve rated one star because I’ve tinted my cars’ two front door windows and they didn’t clean the glass properly before installing the tint. I informed Billy about this and he checked it and he asked me if I’ve tinted the glass before I said no because this is how I bought the car from the dealer. So he then said it’s CONDENSATION and he called the guy who tinted the glass and asked him if it’s glue from an old tint and he said yes it’s glue . I then asked him if they don’t clean the glass before tinting it. He said customers usually have to pay for their glass to be cleaned which he never told me about or asked me anything pertaining to that before the service. Because I specifically ask how much would it be and you would think that at $25 per window for tint you would at least clean the glass. I also asked him if the middle of the glass had glue if they would have tinted it like that and he said no. But my question is why would they clean the middle of the glass if it had glue but not the bottom. He was trying to convince me that what they did is ok but what I know is that you need to clean the glass to remove all residue that causes bubbles when tinting it. They did not do this so my tint has an awful look. Also there are visible punctures on the tint were they tried to get rid of huge bubbles. This wasn’t worth $50!

I would stay away from this place if you plan to have your windshield replaced. They broke every single clip from the windshield moldings then tried to hide the damage by throwing on a ton of sealant. As soon as I got on the highway, the moldings started flapping in the wind. REPLY ADDED: I would have gladly paid the extra $20 that the clips cost and not had the mess of urethane left in the windshield channel. The only reason I figured out that the clips were broken was the moldings started flapping when I got on the highway. I called and was a bit shocked when you said that you were aware and still let the car drive out of your shop. I appreciate the offer but there's no chance I would let your guys touch my car again. Honestly, a simple "Hey these clips broke while we were replacing your windshield. The moldings are loose so please drive carefully" would have sufficed.

BUYER BEWARE! If you choose to use this place, make sure to double check your vehicle before leaving the place. A month ago I used this place for a windshield replacement and when I cleaned my car, I noticed two places with CHIPPED PAINT by the windshield side bars that was NOT there before. The place claimed it wasn't them, but this paint chipping was definitely not there before. Also, nothing would've hit my car hard enough to cause two chips in the paint like that by the windshield area after the replacement. I drive this car once a week and would notice if something came flying at my windshield side bars to cause this damage. I also do not park it near any trees.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I went and did my tint here and I asked for ceramic tint. They charge $652 to do it however when the tint was done I ask them what tint they used and it was some tint named spectrum. They didn’t use the proper ceramic tint on the car they use original tints and charge me that much. The guy who did my tint was standing on my car and damage my car paint. I wouldn’t recommend here because they weren’t doing their job professionally as I thought they would. My car feels hot inside and with ceramic tints I shouldn’t be able to feel heat inside of the car.

I don’t usually write google reviews but I just had to write one for Mobile Auto Glass. Their service is very professional. Billy was very kind and super helpful when it came to replacing the windshield of my boyfriends car. We called the day before didn’t get an answer the first time, but they sure did make it a priority to call us back without us even leaving a voicemail or anything. The phone interaction and getting a call back is what really wowed me and showed that they do really care about providing the best service. With the call back Billy provided, the windshield was able to be ordered without us even having to go in and leave a deposit. You do have to get there very early in the morning, they open at 9 a.m., my boyfriend and I got there at 8 a.m. and there were already two people waiting there for tints. By 9 a.m. when they actually opened there were about 7 cars in total already waiting for them but for different services. Anyways Billy and the other glass installer (didn’t get his name) were super fast and the glass looked like the OEM quality when installation was finished . At 9 a.m. when they opened and Billy spoke to my boyfriend he said the windshield would be there by 9:30 a.m. but instead it got there at 9:08 a.m. which was super pleasing at how fast they work. By 9:40 a.m our new windshield was installed and we were on our way with a clearer view than when the old windshield was on there!! Their prices are very reasonable also. They also do remote start installation, it looks like they have tail light and headlight assemblies available and tinting is one of their big services also. I work in the automotive industry and I would definitely recommend Mobile Auto Glass to any of my customers in need of the services that they provide at Mobile Auto Glass. Thanks a million for the great service that was provided from Billy and his team!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value
