Moorehouse Auto Glass

My grandson had a company come out to replace the windshield on an RV. We sold him. They made a complete mess of it and told him it was his fault not theirs and that allowed more damage to the RV due to rain and wind the same night that that happened. He called Mooresville auto glass. They came out and did the job right and he is so happy with the RV again. This has been going on for about. 8 to 10 months. The gentleman that fixed the glass was so Nice and professional, and we couldn’t have asked for better treatment.

They was 3 hours late no call then showed up and though I should be happy and when they found out I was not very happy he said that he didn’t need the work I told them to leave wouldn’t use them if they did the work free would like to add you know that you didn’t call us my wife called you to find out when you would be here you know the truth about what happened but if that’s what you have to do to make your self feel good have a good day

Not worth a one star. Replaced the glass on my car but did about $700 in damage in the process. I would reccomend paying a higher price for a more reputable company. After he destroyed the plastic around my windshield, I still paid him only to get rid of him. J.R. claims in everything he says that he is an Army Veteran and tries to throw that in your face. I do not know if that is true. Probably popular with the LBGTQRXTUV community if you know what I mean. If you are a Republican, I would definitely stay away. I currently am in the process of a law suit against him. STAY AWAY!

Called these guys because safelite cracked my windshield then tried to make me pay for it instead of allowing safelite to work on my truck further. I called Moorehouse and they got an appointment set up quick would of been next day if not for rain. J.R. Moorehouse did an awesome job for us. I bought my wife a 2019 VW Convertible from Florida for our 50th wedding anniversary. It had a badly scratched windshield which I wanted replaced. The windshield had a rain sensor inbeded in it. J.R. met me just as he agreed and replace the windshield with no hassle. My wife loves it. Happy wife, happy life. Thanks J.R.
