Thank you so much to this company! They replaced my window after it was broken while I was visiting the state. They were friendly and worked quickly so that I could have my window for the 16hr drive home. Would highly recommend themPositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesInstallation

Excellent customer service! Casey replaced my rear window on my hatchback that he installed a year ago. It started to leak water, so I took it back to him. After inspection, he found that the window was defective. It wasn't an easy fix and took him several hours to replace it. He wouldn't take any money for his labor time! Casey is a man of integrity and he runs an honest business, which is rare these days!

Six months ago I took my car to have a windshield replaced and recalibrated. My insurance gave Mountain View glass in Redmond as an authorized glass repair business. When it was given back to me supposedly ready to go , a malfunction warning came up . At this point I informed Casey the person that worked on it of the malfunction and took the car back. He said that he did what ever he was suppose to do and that I should take it to the auto dealership for further work up. My car worked fine up until this gentleman started working on it. After being pressured by the insurance company he proceeded to try different things to get that malfunction warning to go away. I have been going back and forth to his shop for 6 months! I have been without a car for hours on end and finally he agreed to take it to an authorized dealer to have someone that knew what they where doing look at it. At least that is what he said. He told me he had made an appointment and took it to them only to tell me that now the car needed a different kind of sensor. I called the dealership to confirm that this was all true only to find out that there is absolutely no record of my car being taken there! Not only does this man not know how to replace a newer technology windshield but is also dishonest about the repair visit he said he did. Be ready to have a long drawn out exhausting experience if you use this company.

No experience and should be 0 stars. They never called me back. I was in town for a week for work. Tried to schedule a windshield replacement thru them, and never received a call back. Very disappointed, since they had good reviews from other customers.

Adding onto this initial review as a repeat customer...Recently returned and had Mountain View repair my windshield on my Tahoe. The team continues to provide exceptional service, communication, and stands by their work. ==== K.C. recently replaced the windshield on our 2015 Volvo. He's extremely committed to ensuring that every customer is happy with the work that he performs. Despite some complications in sourcing the correct windshield, he actively communicated with us throughout the process, did a phenomenal job on the installation, and made sure that we were satisfied with the job.

Knowledgeable, professional, and extremely thorough. I took my Land Cruiser in to Casey because the previous owner of my truck had installed an aftermarket windshield that was whistling and loud even at low speeds and leaked water slightly from the top corners. He offered to replace my windshield and made sure to do the job right. Since I was paying out of pocket he gave me an incredible deal and finished up in a few hrs. I have a much better quality windshield. He found the previous installer had done a very bad job, no proper seal and he used poor materials. After Casey installed my new windshield, The car is quiet as it should be and the whistling is gone and I am extremely happy. No more windshield fogging either. I'm surprised what a big difference this has made. Thanks Casey
