Overall the installation of my windshield seems good, no broken trim as others have mentioned, the glass seems to be in good shape. Time will tell if the install holds up. That seems to be where the good ends. When my car was returned to me I first noticed small black clumps all over my hood, roof and console. I assume this was excess epoxy from the install. Next the interior door trim of my car was covered in mud. (see picture) I wish I would have paid the extra $50 to have my vehicle serviced in my driveway by another company. At least then I wouldn't be spending my afternoon scrubbing hardened epoxy off my paint and washing my carpets.NegativeProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

Mr. Windshield is a clear example of “you get what you pay for.” They offered a quote that was $100 less than other local window repair shops, which should have raised some concerns. When I made my appointment, I gave them my Jeep's VIN, but when I arrived, they had ordered the wrong window. They were able to schedule me for the correct window the same day, which wasn’t a big deal. However, I later received a call saying that the replacement window had a chip in it, so they set me up for installation the next day. After the installation, I noticed that the new window had a completely different tint than the rest of my windows—a red/purple color. I certainly didn’t expect the replacement to be such a different color. When I called to address this, the person I spoke with said they could refund my money and reinstall the original cracked window back into my car??? It would have been helpful if they had informed me that the tint might not match; if I had known, I wouldn’t have chosen to use this company. As a result, I ended up paying an extra $120 to get the right color window installed. I can understand slight variations in tint, but a red/purple color is just unacceptable. When I asked to speak with the manager, he admitted he was the one that installed the window and noticed the color looked off after the job was completed, but didn’t investigate any further. In summary, the customer service and quality at Mr. Windshield are lacking. I would recommend looking elsewhere for window repairs.

I ended up coming to Mr. Windshield, after a last minute cancellation at a different windshield replacement facility due to a power outage. The customer service at Mr. Windshield was very good, they helped me processed my insurance claim to get a new windshield, they waived my $50 deducible, and they transferred my remote start adhesive to the new windshield, but the other two items on my windshield, I asked them to remove the items, and they did. I was in and out in exactly 1 hour. I noticed in the waiting room, there was a lot of repeat customers, so they must be doing something right if a lot of repeat customers are coming back to them. I would recommend coming here. The photos shown are the photos of my new windshield. They put the XYG windshield on my Honda CRV. So far, so good! It feels like my previous windshield (without the crack!). The quality of the install seems great as well.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

This business was rude to me and didn’t like that I took picture and video of my car. Like most car businesses, they take pictures and videos before the car goes in for repair. That’s not only to protect the customer but it also protect the business, which most business do and understand. When I asked the worker about their reviews and inquired if they would take photos of the car before and after, she immediately mistreated me, saying, "We won't serve you." When a business acts like that and fails to reassure the customer, they essentially turn away my business due to their history of poor customer treatment. Don't just look at Google reviews; examine feedback on Google, Apple, Yelp, and more. Analyzing data across all reviews provides insights into how they handle business. I was deeply disappointed in how I, as a Deaf customer, was treated. Despite repeatedly asking them to communicate in writing, they refused, which is not in compliance with accommodations. However the only person who was very kind to me was a lady name Karen and the manager, but the front desk lady was very rude and I advise you only go in when Karen there. Don’t go if Karen not there or go to another shop. Unfortunately when I went, Karen wasn’t there yet.

I’ve used mr.windshield twice. Once for a chip and now for a total replacement. I paid cash for my chip repair; I didn’t want to involve my insurance for a tiny issue. The girls did inform me I could use the $40 toward my replacement. I used my insurance with the replacement and both situations mr windshield was great to work with! The girls at the desk were very helpful and honest. You can make an appointment easily and they are quick to do the work. You can have them come to you but there is a fee. I highly recommend them. I drive a wrangler which are known for frequent issues so I will be returning to them. Thanks for all your help!ServicesAuto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

Remember you get what you pay for. I had an appointment with another company and someone recommended this place. So I called and took my car in for a chipped windshield. When they told me they fixed it. I went out to look at it before I paid. It looked the same. I said something to the receptionist and she said that’s how it’s supposed to be you signed this piece of paper. She was very rude about it. There was nothing they could do about it. I paid them and was very upset. I wasted my money. I showed a friend of mine who works for a collision shop and they said if they supposedly fixed it shouldn’t be there. I will be paying for it to be fixed again at the original shop I hired to do it.
